In the water treatment chain, caustic soda is mainly used when you need to increase pH and alkalinity in a controlled way. This can be relevant for process optimisation, corrosion control or when incoming water is too acidic for stable treatment.

Caustic soda is a corrosive substance (ADR class 8) and therefore requires a supplier with logistics and safety fully in order. At Vivochem, caustic soda is available in bulk, IBCs, pallet drums (PE) and pallet cans.
