Electrodialysis

At EMI Twente, we offer comprehensive support in the field of electrodialysis. We develop ED membranes tailored to the specific requirements of our clients, such as selectivity, chemical stability, and electrical performance. This ensures that the membranes are optimally suited to the intended application and process conditions.

In addition to membrane development, we perform detailed characterization. This includes testing permselectivity, electrical resistance, and ion exchange capacity. These measurements provide in depth insight into membrane performance and form a solid basis for further optimization and scale up.
