The eMCM online monitoring module uses the motor itself as a sensor for mechanical, electrical, and model‑based fault detection. Our AES‑OmniSight cloud platform includes an AI‑assisted diagnostics & reporting module, enabling this technology to scale without the need for additional specialized personnel.
Thanks to the integrated Pump Efficiency module and cost‑analysis module, you can accurately track energy cost, CO₂ emissions, pump head, and flow in real time.
The eMCM module requires only minimal installation effort inside the MCC room.
