The SetLR-Monitrix is specifically designed to overcome solids problems when measuring in the aeration tank of a WWTP. The SetLR-Monitrix is equipped with a NOx monitrix analyser in a heated cabinet suitable for outdoor installations*.

The SetLR-Monitrix works on the basis of sample settling instead of filtration, which avoids problems such as biofilm build-up and interference on measurements. The SetLR system is robust, and easy to operate and maintain.

The SetLR collects a sample of approximately 4 litres from the aeration tank into a settling tank. The supernatant is transferred to the sample chamber where vacuum and compressed air are used to collect a 50ml sample suitable for analysis.
