Pulsarlube – Smart Automatic Lubrication

Pulsarlube develops automatic lubrication systems for machinery and installations. From compact single-point lubricators to multi-point systems, Pulsarlube combines accurate grease dispensing with smart control and monitoring.

Pulsarlube offers various options for power supply and control. Many systems operate independently on batteries, eliminating the need for an external power source. For machines that do not operate continuously, certain systems can communicate with the machine. Lubrication can therefore be synchronised with actual machine operation, helping to prevent unnecessary grease consumption.

Wireless communication is also available. Compatible Pulsarlube systems can be configured and monitored via Bluetooth using a smartphone. For larger installations, PLC integration is available, allowing the lubrication system to communicate with the machine's control system. This enables signals and notifications to be processed centrally and allows remote monitoring.

Pulsarlube systems are suitable for a wide range of lubricants, including multi-purpose, heavy-duty, food-grade, high- and low-temperature greases and MoS₂ greases. On request, AMBI can also fill special Pulsarlube cartridges with the appropriate grease for your specific application.
