Tsurumi's UT series submersible pumps feature a vortex impeller in a generously sized pump housing. This allows large solids to be pumped.

The vortex impeller is used to ensure clog-free operation and to prevent wear from large or long-fibrous solids. The impeller generates a powerful flow that hurls the water from the inlet to the discharge connection.
