Ultrasonic cleaning

Ultrasonic cleaning is extremely suitable for parts that have many corners, sides and holes that can harbour dirt, such as a filter cartridge or filter element. The cleaning fluid is distributed via sound waves, which means that there is no risk of scratching or damage. The right combination of frequency, time, temperature and cleaning agent ensure a perfect deep cleaning with micro precision.

Lubrafil offers this service for customers and generally combines this with servicing to the filter. In many cases customers have a spare filter cartridge or filter element that we can install as exchange set during servicing. The contaminated filter cartridges are then taken away for ultrasonic cleaning. We can also keep these cleaned cartridges in stock for the customer so that our service engineers can take these with them at the next service. This is another example of how we can manage your entire maintenance cycle.
