Technically preparing the work and transferring the work folder to the responsible employee (Service Technician)
Preparing work packages including drawings and instructions
Purchasing materials and maintaining contacts with suppliers
Signaling price deviations in purchases and quotations
Managing and checking the availability of materials (stock)
Reserving the capacity of mechanics in the planning in consultation with the planner
Monitoring the delivery times of orders from our suppliers
Coordinating the work between different departments and teams.
