Your responsibilities:
– Drafting preliminary design plans (SO), preliminary design plans (VO), final design plans (DO), and final design plans (UO) within a construction team;
– Directing the engineers involved to ensure the desired design is delivered completely, correctly, and on time;
– Preparing a budget/estimate for each design phase;
– Actively participating in various construction team meetings;
– Developing and reviewing the necessary studies and, based on these, developing and presenting recommendations to the construction team;
– Drafting a design memorandum for each phase;
– Selecting and, if necessary, involving suppliers and subcontractors in the design process;
– Preparing a work budget;
– Transferring work preparation to the project team;
– Creating contractor and project folders;
– Finalizing documents and drawing lists;
– Reviewing and requesting quotes based on the calculations (requesting additional quotes for price comparison if necessary);
– Purchasing from suppliers and subcontractors; – Preparing order confirmations;
– Acting as a contact person for clients and utility companies;
– Preparing work schedules and work plans;
– Providing technical and administrative support to the project manager and/or site manager;
– Preparing, updating, and archiving work schedules, work plans, and budgets;
– Reporting and preparing (financial) deviations in consultation with the project manager;
– Communicating with all stakeholders;
– Attending construction meetings/work consultations;
– Performing cost estimates.
