As a Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for the full maintenance of water treatment installations for our industrial customers. You work in tandem with the Service Manager and are part of the service team together with five other colleagues. After comprehensive training, you will visit our customers on-site across Belgium, with a focus on Limburg, Antwerp, East Flanders and Flemish Brabant.
You are responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of our water treatment installations at the customer’s site.
You support your colleagues during complex or urgent interventions.
You serve as the main point of contact for the customer and provide them with regular technical feedback. To support them effectively, you keep yourself up to date with the latest technological developments.
You collaborate smoothly with various internal departments (back office, sales, etc.) to ensure an optimal service experience for our customers.
You carry out the necessary registrations and keep all technical documentation up to date in the internal computer system.
You monitor the stock of parts and materials to ensure timely ordering.
You always adhere to safety and quality regulations.
