ZE4 – Rental
ZE4 – Rental At Atlas Copco Rental, we quite literally love to bubble, because many lowpressure applications start with aeration. In wastewater treatment and other waterprocess industries, fine air bubbles are essential for efficient oxygen transfer and process stability. The ZE4 is perfectly suited for these environments, capable of bubbling effortlessly through water columns of up to 11 meters in lowpressure applications. When an electric, 100% oilfree solution is preferred, the ZE4 provides a constant, reliable airflow at low to medium pressures. It’s ideal for temporary projects, maintenance activities, or capacity expansions in waterrelated installations. And 11 meters isn’t our limit. For deeper or more demanding applications, such as offshore bubble curtain systems, we simply scale up with larger, more powerful units.

ZS4 & ZS5
ZS4 & ZS5 – rental While Atlas Copco offers the full ZS blower range for purchase, our rental division focuses on the ZS4 and ZS5 as flexible, plugandplay units for temporary industrial projects. These electrically driven screw blowers deliver 100% oilfree air (Class 0) and are designed for lowpressure applications such as water treatment, aeration, fermentation, pneumatic conveying, and other processair duties. Equipped with Elektronikon® controls, VSD options, and efficient screwblower technology, they provide stable, energyefficient airflow with excellent control and uptime. U-51: Simple, Powerful Option The U-51 is the basic version of the Horiba U-50 series but offers all of the above-mentioned sensors and is available with cables of 2 and 10 meters. Later models, the U-52 and U-52G, support cables of up to 30 meters. U-52 and U-52G: More Functionality The U-52 offers a more extensive configuration with an additional turbidity sensor and a specially designed 30° LED. The G version adds GPS functionality and water depth measurements, perfect for intensive field studies. U-53 and U-53G: For Precision in Turbidity Measurements The U-53 features an advanced Tungsten 90° scattering sensor, enabling both GPS and non-GPS models to perform depth measurements. The turbidity sensor meets the strict requirements of the US EPA method 180.1 and has a resolution of 0.01 NTU.
