Vervuilingen op deze vullichamen kunnen de kwaliteit van het drinkwater beïnvloeden. Aquador verzorgt het leeghalen, reinigen en desinfecteren van de ontgassingstorens alsmede het vullen met de vullichamen. Op locatie Hoogblokland worden de vullichamen gereinigd en gedesinfecteerd met een speciaal reinigingsstraat. Een duurzaam gebruik van vullichamen. Tevens levering van RVT beluchtingsringen met Kiwa keur, convenant K105051.

Voor het reinigen en desinfecteren van een (drink)waterleidingsysteem zijn verschillende technieken mogelijk. Thermische desinfectie gecombineerd met Air Comprex®System (water/lucht), chemische desinfectie of reiniging waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van Kiwa gekeurde producten. Met het Air Comprex®System (water/lucht) spoeling, kunnen vervuilingen onder andere sediment, effectief verwijderd worden. Met computer gestuurde precisie worden gecomprimeerde luchtbellen het leidingsysteem ingebracht. De reinigingskracht (tot 15 m/sec) is uiterst effectief, milieuvriendelijk en veilig (onder de bedrijfsdruk). Door de combinatie van technieken en producten kunnen wij effectief vervuilingen uit (drink)waterleidingsystemen verwijderen.

𝗦pecial 𝐏roducts Deze Beuker Special is gemaakt om verzamelbakken voor planten in de kassenbouw te reinigen. Zoals te zien op de foto’s is de blauwe bak voor Salpeterzuur en de andere bak is voor Chloor. HDPE is zeer goed bestand tegen deze schoonmaakmiddelen. Om de scheiding van de verschillende stoffen duidelijk te maken, hebben we bewust de bakken verschillende kleuren gemaakt. Ook zijn ze voorzien van een plaatje met de naam van het schoonmaakmiddel erop. Boven op de bakken is een soort rolsysteem gemaakt om de schoongemaakte bakken opzij te rijden, zodat ze kunnen uitlekken en het lekwater weer terugloopt in de bak.

Bij Remon is een ontijzeringsinstallatie een open zuiveringssysteem waarbij bronwater (grondwater) bovenin de filtertoren wordt verneveld. Door de aanwezigheid van zuurstof oxideren metalen als ijzer en mangaan achter in het filterpakket. Als na verloop van tijd het filterpakket is verzadigd wordt automatisch het terugspoelsysteem in werking gezet. Een omgekeerde spoelcyclus in combinatie met luchtstoten zorgt ervoor dat het filterpakket wordt gereinigd en weer klaar is om verder te zuiveren. Bijkomend voordeel van een ontijzeringsinstallatie is dat het water optimaal wordt belucht waardoor schadelijke gassen kunnen ontsnappen. De installatie is voorzien van een volledig digitaal besturingssysteem. Alle processen zijn online te bedienen en te monitoren. Doordat alles terug te lezen is kunnen we de installatie perfect afstellen op uw waterkwaliteit en waterverbruik. Hierdoor zal de installatie nog efficiënter water zuiveren.

Commissioned by the Rijnland Water Authority, the Van der Ven – RWB combination completed the renovation and expansion of the Nieuwe Wetering wastewater treatment plant (AWZI). The capacity of the treatment plant has been increased by more than 40%, which was necessary to be able to process the increase in waste flows in the future. The expansion includes the construction of an anaerobic tank, new site pipes, a new reception work and a second secondary settling tank, which means that the treatment capacity is now 1150 m³ per hour. The project has now been successfully completed and the treatment plant is ready for the future.
