New! Next Level

With the new exclusive exhibition hall of Evenementenhal Gorinchem, Next Level, it is possible to set up a strong and extensive knowledge program. With all climate changes and the resulting changes, the Netherlands has to take measures. This will only be a success if forces from the water sector are combined. During Aqua Nederland we facilitate the presentation possibility and space for various knowledge parties. Next Level is also designed for engineering and consultancy firms, knowledge institutions, trainers and specific suppliers focused on climate in order to introduce you as a visitor to solutions and advise.

Broadening in themes

For the first time, Aqua Nederland Vakbeurs responds extensively to current issues relating to the climate-adaptive city, delta technology and energy-neutral solutions. In addition, special knowledge days are organized for visitors from the water boards, drinking water companies and industry. Next Level is fully equipped for advice, networks, innovations and knowledge sessions focused on the important themes above. This makes Next Level extra interesting for policymakers, project developers or consultants in this area. Discover how you can take on challenges with powerful new insights and knowledge together with the market!

Drilling & tapping demonstration

In 2019, Drilling & tapping demonstration was organised for the first time at Aqua Nederland Vakbeurs in collaboration with the Royal Dutch Water Network (KNW), Waternet and Waterbedrijf Groningen. This was received with great enthusiasm, so that in 2020, again pipefitting teams travel to the trade fair.

The demonstrations are a competence test. The intention for the teams is to tap a 150 mm GN / C drinking water distribution pipe under pressure as quickly as possible, then connect the connecting pipe to a meter assembly and connect it to a tap. The moment water comes out of the tap, it is over and the time is stopped.
