About us
Desman Pumps B.V. is a producer of various products for the wastewater industry and the surface water industry. The products are: Sewage pumps, non-return valves, penstocks, weir gates, chain cleaners, trashrake cleaners and overhead trashrake cleaners. Desman has also developed an in-house telemetry system for controlling and monitoring pumps.
Products
"Monti Valves" ball valves (GGG40 or SS316)
Monti Valves produces ball check valves of the highest quality with the lowest resistance factor. The ball check valves can be supplied from 1 1/4 inch to 600 mm. The houses are made of GGG40 ductile cast iron or 316 stainless steel. The material of the ball can be NBR, PUR or Teflon, depending on the application area.
Trash rake cleaners
Desman's trash rake cleaners are state-of-the-art. By using high-quality materials and the most modern techniques for production and functioning, the cleaners are very reliable and do their work for many years without worry.
Telemetric control and management systeem
Desman develops and supplies telemetry systems. Efficient solutions for managing and controlling remote pumping installations. Through a web-based application you always have insight into the status of pumps. From processed cubic meters to measurement data. You have up-to-date information and thus improve your pump management. As a result, you can prevent malfunctions or remotely resolve malfunctions. Waste water and sewage pumps (grinder)
Desman designs and manufactures waste water pumps. Pumps with a capacity that varies from 10 to 1000 m³ per hour. These pumps have a recognizable family trait: they combine high efficiency and high reliability with a low-clog construction and a long service life. These were the characteristics of our first pumps, with which we successfully entered the market in 1985. And we still design and build according to the same principles. Double acting penstocks
With Desman's weir and double acting penstocks you can keep wastewater flows under control. Our gates, made of stainless steel 316L, are designed for the toughest conditions and the most aggressive flows. Due to their smooth surfaces, they guarantee limited dirt deposits and easy maintenance. As a manufacturer, we can - in addition to our wide range of slides in standard sizes - manufacture slides to specification.
Non-return valves (HDPE or SS)
Desman has been developing and producing plastic and stainless steel check valves for more than 25 years. The application is many, from simple check valves on a ramp to complex Venetian blind valves on outlets of polder pumping stations and dams. Mounting on a wall, flange or pipe is possible.
