The activities consist of:
Developing, developing and supporting project plans in the field of new and/or special mechanical engineering installations for energy generation through combustion engines and other installations.
Applying for, executing and maintaining Type Approval Certificates and associated procedures, guidelines, regulations, specifications and instructions for combustion engines and other installations and constructions produced by Sandfirden Technics in the field of Class Rules and emission requirements.
Supporting the Projects, Sales, Service and Aftersales departments.
We ask:
HBO+ towards Mechanical Engineering/Combustion Engines/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics/Shipbuilding or similar.
Knowledge/experience of/with modern gas and diesel engines (generators and propulsion and CHP installations).
Hands-on mentality, verbal and written communication skills, flexible and quality-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
You can use MS-Office and preferably AutoDesk Inventor.
Project Engineer
Working at Sandfirden
as a Project Engineer you support the R&D department in expanding and maintaining the Sandfirden Technics product range such as diesel and gas engines.
