      INVENT iTURBO®-Blower

The iTURBO®-Blower is a centrifugal compressor with individually optimized precision rotating bodies. An intelligent operating concept with multiple machines enables the setting of optimum operating points to achieve maximum efficiency. Customer-specific pressure stages achieve the peak efficiency at the operating points that are most frequently approached based on the aeration strategy. This contributes to a significant reduction in energy consumption. The iTURBO®-Blower is driven by a high-speed PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor) with frictionless high-performance air bearings. The motor operates with an integrated frequency converter with an efficiency level > 96%. Not only does it drive the motor, but it also monitors the torque, power, and speed supplied to the motor, for reliable, low-maintenance operation. The compact and lightweight design ensures quick and easy installation.

    2. INWAgreen

      INWAgreen

INWAgreen is a product range of biodegradable water treatment chemicals for industrial applications. The portfolio includes corrosion inhibitors for cooling and recirculating water systems, hardness stabilizers for scale control, and flocculants for wastewater treatment. The formulations are based on biodegradable and phosphate-free active ingredients. They are used to reduce corrosion, control the precipitation of hardness-forming minerals, and support the separation of suspended solids from wastewater. As such, they meet the same technical requirements as conventional water treatment products and can be integrated into existing treatment programs. By avoiding the use of phosphates and poorly biodegradable substances, INWAgreen products help reduce the environmental impact of water treatment processes. At the same time, they maintain the treatment performance required for reliable and efficient system operation.

    3. INWATROL adplus

      INWATROL adplus

INWATROL adplus is a system for the automated generation and dosing of monochloramine in cooling water systems. The unit produces monochloramine on-site from two precursor chemicals and delivers the biocide directly into the water circuit according to system requirements. This approach eliminates the need to store large quantities of finished biocides and allows dosing rates to be adjusted to changing operating conditions. Monochloramine is used to control microbiological contamination in industrial water systems. It is effective against Legionella, Pseudomonas, slime-forming bacteria, sulfate-reducing bacteria, algae, yeasts, and fungi. In addition, monochloramine supports the reduction of biofilm formation and helps minimize the risk of microbiologically influenced corrosion within cooling water systems. The dosing process is fully automated and can be adapted to the specific requirements of the application. Both dosing quantities and dosing intervals can be configured and adjusted as needed. The system is suitable for a wide range of cooling water installations, including large-scale systems with varying water volumes and operating conditions. INWATROL adplus can be integrated into the INWAnet online monitoring platform, allowing operating and dosing data to be continuously recorded and accessed remotely. The system automatically generates alarm notifications if predefined limits are exceeded or if operational faults occur, enabling operators to respond quickly and take corrective action when necessary. As with all INWATROL systems, INWATROL adplus is designed and configured according to the specific requirements of each installation. System layout, dosing strategy, monitoring functions, and communication interfaces are tailored to local operating conditions, resulting in a solution that is adapted to the application rather than requiring the application to fit a predefined standard.

    4. INWATROL expert

      INWATROL expert

INWATROL expert is a modular monitoring, control, and automation system for cooling water and boiler water systems. Each installation is individually designed to meet the specific requirements of the application, enabling the continuous measurement and monitoring of water quality and operational parameters. Depending on the requirements, a wide range of measurement technologies can be integrated, including pH, conductivity, redox potential, turbidity, inhibitor concentrations, and other application-specific parameters. In boiler water systems, for example, dissolved oxygen measurement can be incorporated to continuously monitor water quality and detect conditions that may promote corrosion at an early stage. All measured values are continuously recorded and can be accessed and evaluated via the INWAnet online platform or existing process control systems. If measured values exceed or fall below predefined limits or target ranges, the system automatically generates alarm notifications. This enables operators to respond quickly to changing operating conditions and take corrective action when required. A key feature of INWATROL expert is its focus on customer-specific requirements. Rather than relying on fixed standard solutions, each system is individually planned and configured to suit the application and operating environment. Thanks to its modular design, INWATROL expert can be installed in both new and existing systems and can be expanded with additional measurement and control technologies as requirements evolve. The result is a solution tailored to the specific needs of the process, providing continuous monitoring and supporting the efficient control of water treatment programs.

    5. INWATROL L.Nella+

      INWATROL L.Nella+

INWATROL L.nella+ is a patented measuring device for the automated determination of Legionella concentrations in cooling water systems. The system is designed for continuous monitoring of hygienically relevant water quality parameters in evaporative cooling systems, cooling towers, and wet scrubbers. Connected directly to the water system, the device automatically collects and analyzes water samples and determines the concentration of Legionella spp. within approximately five hours. Measurement results are displayed online via the INWAnet platform in CFU/100 ml, providing operators with continuous access to current hygiene data and trend analyses. The measurement method is based on a patented process that determines the metabolic activity of living Legionella cells and shows a high correlation with established cultivation methods according to ISO 11731. In addition to Legionella monitoring, the system can continuously measure and document key cooling water parameters such as chlorine, redox potential, conductivity, and pH value. INWATROL L.nella+ enables near real-time monitoring of Legionella contamination and supports rapid response to changing system conditions. If predefined limit values are exceeded, alarm notifications can be issued automatically. The system can also be configured to trigger automated biocide dosing in order to reduce Legionella concentrations as required.

    10. KemConnect PT (pre-treatment)

      KemConnect PT (pre-treatment)

Kemira KemConnect™ PT is an automated solution to optimize the chemical pre-treatment process, enabling various downstream efficiency improvements. The system is designed to maximize the energy savings and energy production of a wastewater treatment plant and to maintain a consistent level of treatment within a minimum and maximum range. The application of such a system can limit or prolong the need for major plant expansion while addressing sustainability goals at the same time. The main objective is to settle just enough primary solids to alleviate most of the burden on the aeration process, hence lowering the energy required for aeration. The second objective is to increase biogas production by increasing the amount of more easily biodegradable sludge sent from the primary treatment step to the digestors as opposed to secondary sludge, which is much harder for the bacteria to digest. The system includes the measurement of flow, turbidity, and suspended solids in the influent wastewater, as well as the measurement of ammonium, phosphate, COD, and nitrate and oxidation reduction potential in the nitrification/denitrification process. Feedback input loops from aeration energy and biogas production are also included. Utilizing intelligent algorithms, the optimal chemical dosage for the desired outcome is calculated based on the existing conditions. The service includes the selection and supply of chemistry, provision of online equipment, recommendations for optimal dosage points, and a customized reporting system. The KemConnect platform allows you to continuously monitor all relevant performance parameters and cost savings in real time.
