    3. inDENSE®

      inDENSE®

The inDENSE® technology optimizes activated sludge systems by continuously selecting heavier sludge particles using a hydrocyclone. Waste activated sludge is discharged via the cyclone, where heavier particles are separated and returned to the aeration tank, while lighter particles are removed as surplus sludge and sent to sludge treatment. This continuous selection results in a denser and more stable sludge, significantly improving settleability and consistently reducing the Sludge Volume Index (SVI) to values below 80 ml/g. Because phosphorus-accumulating organisms (PAOs) are generally heavier than other bacteria present in activated sludge, the hydrocyclone also promotes the selective retention of Bio‑P bacteria. This enhances biological phosphorus removal and allows higher phosphate removal efficiencies without the need for additional chemical dosing.

    4. inDENSE® Improved sludge sedimentation and phosphate removal

inDENSE® Improved sludge sedimentation and phosphate removal

inDENSE®: Process intensification through compacted biomass. inDENSE® is a patented solution for continuous selection of sludge with good settling properties using hydrocyclones and promotes biological phosphorus removal. By continuously selecting the heavier sludge fraction, sedimentability is improved, resulting in a lower sludge volume index and stable performance without spring spikes. With inDENSE®, the sludge volume index is permanently reduced, significantly increasing the hydraulic capacity of the treatment plant. The system uses hydrocyclones to select and separate higher-density sludge aggregates, while the light sludge fraction is removed for sludge processing. The underflow contains higher-density biomass that grows optimally under oxygen-free conditions. The hydrocyclones are fed with return sludge from the post-sedimentation tanks. Hydraulic separation takes place in the cyclones with about 20% returning to the biology via the underflow. The remaining 80% will be disposed of as sluice sludge. With continuous sludge selection, the SVI will drop to a value as low as 80 ml/g and any spring peaks will be smoothed by the stable sludge sedimentation properties. With long-term application, more intensive use can be made of available tank volume in both biology and post-settling systems. In addition, inDENSE® prevents problems with sludge leaching, making it a sustainable and effective solution for wastewater treatment plants. Advantages inDENSE®: - Improved sludge settling capacity. - Higher hydraulic treatment capacity - Improved biological phosphate removal - Compact footprint with easy integration - Low energy consumption - No chemical consumption Do you have any questions about inDENSE®? 5. Industrial and Municpal Water Re-Use

      Industrial and Municpal Water Re-Use

Ultra Filtration (UF) membranes The skid-mounted UF technology offers a superior barrier for viruses and bacteria removal and a solid pre-treatment for reverse osmosis. The small pore size ensures reduced membrane fouling. Our DEEPEST technology containing titanium membranes (TiO2 membranes) consists of an internal titanium liner combining unique properties with top-level performance for difficult to treat wastewater. Direct Nano Filtration (dNF) membranes With the dNF, minimum pre-treatment is required. This unit can be implemented to remove color, bacteria and viruses for drinking water and wastewater applications in one single step: without pre-treatment and without the use of chemicals. • Reverse Osmosis (RO) membranes The reverse osmosis technology has maximal efficiency due to a smart design and high quality execution of the skid. The unit removes dissolved components, such as ions, heavy metals, TOC and viruses. • Ceramic membrane (CeraMac®) CeraMac® is an innovative and cost-effective ceramic membrane filtration process to produce drinking water. This design allows the economically feasible use of ceramic membranes on surface water for large-scale applications, as well as in reuse and desalination pre-treatment applications. • Electro-deionization (EDI) Electro-deionization is a continuous process used to polish deionized water, a chemicals-free alternative to conventional resin mixed bed exchangers. It is a form of deionization that uses electricity to remove the ions from the water. • Suspended ion exchange process (SIX®) SIX® is a suspended ion exchange process as an alternative to coagulation for organics removal. It is suitable for treating surface waters to remove dissolved organics. Brine Treatment Solutions (MLD / ZLD) • Evaporator (No-Briner) Modular innovative plastic multi-effect evaporator with exchangeable cartridges • Concentrator Evaporator for brine of RO concentrates

    6. Industrial radar level sensor, model ILT-C01

Industrial radar level sensor, model ILT-C01

The ILT free-beam radar level sensor enables non-contact level measurement, even through plastic vessel walls. The free-beam radar for level measurement emits electromagnetic waves that are reflected by the surface of the material to be measured. The reflected signals are received and analysed, providing information about the fill level. Up to two additional switch points can be integrated to enable further switching outputs, e.g. for overflow and/or dry run protection. Thanks to its compact design and easy handling, the model ILT radar sensor is ideal for measuring applications in industrial environments and in mobile working machines. It has been prepared for the requirements of mobile working machines and offers high-precision measurements at temperatures of -40 ... +150 °C [-40 ... +302 °F]. Thanks to metal shielding, the sensor operates, interference-free, at field strengths of up to 100 V/m and remains reliable even with vibrations of up to 40g and shocks of up to 100g. The model ILT is particularly safe in operation, even under difficult conditions such as dust, moisture and heat. The non-contact measuring principle, combined with its maintenance-free design, ensures low total cost of ownership. Special features - Continuous, accurate measuring signal - Compact design for easy integration - Can also be installed outside a container (plastic) - Calibration function for complex container geometries possible
