microFlu V2 fluorometers are submersible miniature fluorometers

Submersible miniature fluorometer for highly accurate and selective measurement of tryptophan, CDOM, blue-green algae or chlorophyll a. The combination of low power consumption and innovative coating of the measurement windows as an energy and environmentally neutral antifouling solution ensures long-term stability of the measurements. The instruments can be used in a wide range of applications for monitoring seawater, river water, drinking water and wastewater. Internal reference measurements of the high-power LED used for fluorescence excitation compensate for aging effects and temperature influences. microFlu V2 is equipped with a RS-485 interface, which enables allows easy and fast sensor configuration via Modbus. Integration into existing process control systems and external data loggers has never been easier.

    2. MID MIX: circular sludge treatment with a strong business case

MID MIX: circular sludge treatment with a strong business case

Getting stuck in off-take of your sludge, while processing costs continue rising? High costs and limited operational flexibility are squeezing your margins! VSGM provides an economically attractive technology for processing both (contaminated) sludge from water treatment plants and industrial processes, as well as other waste streams. This patented MID MIX technology also offers significant environmental benefits compared to conventional alternatives. Sludge is processed into the circular end product ‘Neutral’. Processing costs per ton of sludge are generally competitive with gate-fees of sludge incineration plants. A big advantage is that the waste processing tax of € 41 does not apply to our technology. Neutral has multiple applications; for example, it can be used in flue gas purification or as an active filler in cement and asphalt. Through a post-processing process, it can permanently capture CO2. Phosphate recovery is also possible through post-processing of Neutral. During the MID MIX process, heavy metals are permanently encapsulated and thus rendered harmless (they no longer leach out). In addition, other contaminants, such as mineral oil, PAHs, PCBs, and PFAS/PFOS, are also largely degraded. Concentrations concentrations of these contaminants in the final product are 5-10 times lower than in the incoming sludge. VSGM has successfully processed a wide variety of sludges in recent years and will be building a full-scale commercial facility in 2026. We are building this facility for a client already active in recycling and waste processing. This client will focus on processing industrial sludge from third parties. The MID MIX process can process virtually any type of sludge and also offers a solution for other waste streams. Are you ready for a better solution for your sludge? 3. Mitigate N₂O Emissions

      Mitigate N₂O Emissions

Mitigation involves minimizing overall greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and operational costs while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and net zero targets. A site-specific machine learning model, trained on real N₂O measurement data, is used to monitor and predict emissions across all reactors. Continuous integration of measured and modeled data enables dynamic tracking of N₂O trends, early detection of process deviations, and proactive optimization of operational conditions to sustain long-term emission reductions.

    4. MIXER RIO

      MIXER RIO

COMBITO - COMBO - COMBO PRO and COMBIX PRO, are classified as combined systems that combine the ability of circulators to move large volumes of water with the ability of aerators to inject large volumes of air or oxygen. Combined systems create exponential yields with a high percentage of oxygen transfer and water movement thanks to the significant increase in contact time between air/oxygen and water. The combined systems make it possible to transfer up to 10 times the amount of oxygen compared to a simple aerator, with very little additional energy, thanks to the greater volume of water managed by the system. COMBITO - COMBO - COMBO PRO and COMBIX PRO are ideal for large tanks and any type of professional application. Installations are available with different combinations of motors, in different strengths, numbers and types, depending on the specific needs and requirements.
