      Glasvrij en onbreekbaar ISFET pH-sensoren kunnen worden gebruikt in alle toepassingen waar pH-glas sensoren niet geschikt zijn vanwege uitdagende procesomstandigheden of het risico op breuk. Het gebruik van glassensoren wordt vooral in toepassingen in de voedings- en drankenindustrie en de life sciences industrie vermeden, omdat hele productiepartijen bij glasbreuk besmet kunnen raken. De ISFET-sensoren van onbreekbaar PEEK zijn verkrijgbaar met drie verschillende referentiesystemen, wat betekent dat er een glasvrije sensor is voor elke behoefte. Ze kunnen minstens 25 CIP-cycli overleven en hebben daardoor de CIP-stabiliteit aanzienlijk verbeterd in vergelijking met conventionele ISFET-sensoren. Bovendien biedt de Memosens CPS77D maximale bacteriedichtheid dankzij het microporeus keramisch membraan. Snelle reactietijd, zelfs bij lage temperaturen Chemische processen bij lage temperaturen en met een hoog gehalte aan organische oplosmiddelen of vaste stoffen vormen specifieke uitdagingen voor pH-metingen. Ook betekent hun open diafragma dat ze niet verstopt raken, zelfs niet in het geval van hoge concentraties vaste stoffen. De stevige gel die in de referentie wordt gebruikt, is ook zeer goed bestand tegen chemicaliën.

As a light source, a long-lived xenon flash lamp is used having a very low loss of intensity over a long time! The medium is measured with two optical path lengths from which any soiling is determined. The value measured is automatically corrected and the instrument informs the user when the measuring cell has to be cleaned. The PVC cover can be removed without tools. Free access to the optics allows simple cleaning of the measuring cell. The instrument indicates any maintenance due. The control unit SICON selectively displays values, graphs, status and alarms on state-of-the-art touchscreen technology and colour display.       The SetLR-Monitrix is specifically designed to overcome solids problems when measuring in the aeration tank of a WWTP. The SetLR-Monitrix is equipped with a NOx monitrix analyser in a heated cabinet suitable for outdoor installations*. The SetLR-Monitrix works on the basis of sample settling instead of filtration, which avoids problems such as biofilm build-up and interference on measurements. The SetLR system is robust, and easy to operate and maintain. The SetLR collects a sample of approximately 4 litres from the aeration tank into a settling tank. The supernatant is transferred to the sample chamber where vacuum and compressed air are used to collect a 50ml sample suitable for analysis.
