The QM-MicroCat-SBP dosing technology simplifies the dosing of MicroCat bioaugmentation products at your wastewater treatment plant. Our bacteria products are packaged in small capsules with innovative membrane technology that allow wastewater containing contaminants to pass through while the bacteria are retained within the capsule where they multiply and purify your wastewater.
The capsules are packed by means of a cage attached to a tackle in the wastewater and remain in place. The capsules dissolve over a period of 30 to 60 days. Daily doses are a thing of the past, adding capsules to the cage once a month is sufficient.
Most MicroCat products for biological wastewater treatment can be packaged in SBP capsules.
