In your role as project leader you work for hotels, office buildings and buildings of the Central Government Real Estate Agency. That is a very varied portfolio; from a barracks to a museum or a tax office.

As an EP-W advisor, you make an active contribution every day to making the housing stock in the The Hague and Amsterdam region more sustainable. You check how energy efficient a home or building is and provide energy performance advice.

As a consultant, you take on the mechanical installation responsibility and provide advice on necessary replacements or the installation of drinking water installations. You provide technical advice and recommendations for project management. You provide concrete advice in the event of drinking water quality exceedances. You carry out thorough analyzes and determine the necessary installation adjustments. You monitor and assess the technical work of our contractors and also provide your opinion to project management. You provide technical assignment descriptions, translating the needs of our customers, and into concrete technical advice with design and estimate. The position is a nice combination between technical advice to customers and commerce. In this role you are the direct point of contact for the customer.
