As an Inside Sales Engineer Projects you are the point of contact for customers and you support them and your colleagues in designing water systems and sustainable solutions. You analyze the customer’s issue and ensure that the right proposal is made. This includes pumps and parts for sewage pumping stations for domestic wastewater and, for example, pump technology for transporting clean water. After all, Xylem is involved in the entire water cycle with its product and application portfolio. In order to correctly transfer quotes, specifications, delivery times and conditions for various projects, you are naturally well versed in administration.

As an installation engineer, you install, install and connect our water-related installations and products throughout the Netherlands. You work from Dordrecht and go to projects together with one or more colleagues. You will also work closely with a project engineer from Xylem and the contractor on site. Before, during and after the installation work, you remain in close contact with our customers regarding the work to be carried out. Installations you will encounter include: polder pumping stations, sewage pumping stations, tunnel pumping stations and water purification plants. You are given the freedom and responsibility to ensure that the job is completed and test and check the installed equipment to ensure that it works as expected. Naturally, your safety is our guiding principle and we take the necessary safety regulations.

For you as a Workshop Technician, the challenge is to carry out the installation, overhaul and testing of pumps and related products correctly. You also carry out preparatory work for projects.

Within our organization we have a neat workshop with all the resources to carry out your work as well and pleasantly as possible. To do this work you need mechanical engineering knowledge and you have an affinity with electrical engineering.

Finally, you maintain contact with your colleagues for the work to be carried out.
