Staka is looking for a back office employee who can smoothly and enthusiastically process customer orders and requests for quotations in our ERP system. You process incoming orders and thus ensure reliable planning. As a result, our customers receive the product on time. Your main challenge is: the accurate and timely processing of all customer orders in consultation with our salespeople in NL, DE and the UK.
What are you going to do: enter received quotation requests in the ERP system/website, develop and follow up, coordinate purchasing, enter received orders in the ERP system/website, process, plan and track, carry out work preparation, keep up-to-date the customer information system.
What we ask for: HBO education in commercial economics with a technical affinity (pre), accurate and commercially driven, functions independently as well as in a team, good organizational skills, MS-office applications hold no secrets for you and a good knowledge of Dutch and English language (German is an advantage).
