What do you do with us: as a cooperating team leader, you motivate employees, monitor the progress of the production process and divide the tasks. In addition, you consult with your colleague team leader and the production manager about bottlenecks and you solve them. You initiate improvement proposals and coach employees. You work in a two-shift system.
Desired skills: completed MBO 4 training towards metal, three or more years of managerial experience as a foreman in shifts, two or more years of experience in a production organization, coaching skills.
Specific qualities: collegial, communicative, honest, flexible, quality-oriented, sense of responsibility, accurate, respectful and tactful, result-oriented, stress-resistant and no 9 to 5 mentality.
What we offer: annual salary between € 50,000 and € 55,000 depending on education, work experience, background and including a 14% shift allowance, good secondary conditions including travel expenses, sports and bicycle allowance, 25 days off + 13 ADV days.
