Meewerkend voorman

As a cooperating foreman, you coordinate projects but also work together at the same time. You ensure that projects within the workshop run smoothly and you are responsible for and supervise the mechanics in the workshop. You monitor the progress of projects, resolve any problems adequately and guide the (student) technicians in their technical/professional development.
