As an Operational Manager you are responsible for the further development of our branch into the next phase of growth and professionalization. You will play a key role in implementing strategies to increase revenue, improve operational efficiency and increase customer satisfaction. With your strong leadership skills and commercial insight, you are able to motivate and guide the team in achieving these shared goals.
You guide the team in complex projects (construction teams), multi-year maintenance contracts and you are commercially active in your area of work. Internally you have a lot of contact with the various staff departments. You manage up to 25-50 employees.

A salary between € 4,800 and € 6,900 depending on where you stand in your knowledge and experience;
