In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine your technical expertise and coaching skills. As our Product Engineer, you will work closely with a team of technicians with the aim of delivering the best products to our customers and thereby contributing to Efcon Water’s growth. Besides supervising the team, you will also monitor the production process of our products.
You will be given the freedom to shape this position yourself and can count on the stability of a large organisation in the background. You will not only contribute to the technical development of our products, but also to the growth and development of Efcon Water B.V.
Responsibilities
– Supervise a team of technicians;
– developing and monitoring the production process;
– setting up compliance strategies and drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
– collaborating with marketing and contributing to product innovation.
Your profile
– HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, or relevant work experience;
– experience in management and knowledge of electrical engineering;
– experience in programming PLC controllers;
– familiarity with Research & Development;
– strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
