Extensive job description
As a Project Manager you are responsible for the quality and results of the service contracts that are carried out under your leadership. You ensure the correct guidance of the employees directly involved in the projects and you take into account regulations regarding quality, occupational health and safety, safety and the environment. As a partner of municipalities, you provide tailor-made solutions and good project guidance. The ultimate goal is a satisfied customer and positive financial results. In this role you manage your own customer base of approximately 20 municipalities, where you are a proactive point of contact for your relationship and know how to respond to any underlying needs. Internally, you work closely with work planners, planners, calculators and project leaders for new construction and renovation to ensure the best possible process.
You will also have the following tasks and responsibilities:
You make the planning around project contracts and the deployment of personnel and equipment;
You monitor progress and check the work planning. In consultation with work preparation and the business office, you prepare (subsequent) calculations for additional and follow-up work and you make tailor-made quotations;
You manage the relationship with clients and are the first point of contact for third parties. Partly due to your good relationship with the client, you acquire expansion orders and submit quotations independently;
You take on projects with clients on location and take care of the technical delivery and report to the organization internally on the progress and results.
You are financially responsible for the projects you run.
And you have:
Technical affinity and training in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, technical business administration or relevant work experience;
A driving license B;
Competencies such as collaboration, customer-oriented, prioritizing, planning and organizing.
