As Project Leader Advisory, you closely collaborate with colleagues on various projects and challenges, demonstrating a strong understanding of client needs and collegial dynamics. Serving as a generalist, you streamline projects for colleagues, the organization, and clients, leveraging your extensive knowledge of water processes, technology, and management.
After an onboarding period through IMD-Academy Waterworld, you lead advisory assignments, maintain oversight, assemble project teams, and design project plans with associated conditions. Managing progress, anticipating challenges, and supporting teams on individual and collective levels with suitable methods, tools, and schedules.
Requirements:
-University (WO) or Higher Professional Education (HBO+) in civil engineering, water
management, environmental technology, or chemical technology.
-Several years of experience as a technologist, consultant, or project leader.
-Passion for water, preferably with general knowledge of water processes, technology, and
management.
-People-oriented, facilitating, practical, goal-oriented, and systematic.
-Customer and solution-oriented.
-Good communication skills in Dutch; basic knowledge of German or English is a plus.
