Are you enthusiastic about wireless sensor and network technology? Then we are looking for you! We build and manage smart monitoring solutions for the water sector, with which we remotely collect sensor data and convert it into relevant (online) information. We thereby support local governments and water managers in designing and managing the water sector in a robust climate-friendly manner. As a project manager you are the center of the organization. You take ownership and responsibility from start to finish for the different phases and elements of the project. You ensure that projects are completed efficiently and on time.

General tasks
• Manage and monitor project budgets;
• Identifying and solving operational and process bottlenecks;
• Coordinate and monitor timely and correct project invoicing;
• Setting up and managing a project documentation system for meeting reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, invoices, etc., including implementing interim changes
• Draw up, manage and monitor project planning;
• Initiating, attending and reporting on internal and external project meetings;
• Manage and monitor the activities of internal project employees and subcontractors;
• Visiting clients for project advice and consolidating additional opportunities;
• Negotiating with possible suppliers for project purchases;
• Resolving any setbacks or problems;
• Carrying out project delivery, testing technical and ICT elements;
• Reporting to management and clients.
Your Qualities
• Great sense of responsibility and ability to deal well with deadlines;

• The ability to multitask and maintain an overview;
• Organizational and leadership skills;
• An eye for detail and strong analytical skills;
• Practical, decisive and proactive attitude;
• Excellent social and communicative qualities, both spoken and written;
• 2-5 years of experience as a project leader and ready for the next step;
• HBO/WO working and thinking level, obtained through relevant work experience and/or education.

• Salary EUR 3,500 – 6,000 per month, depending on relevant work experience and education level
