Senior Electrical (Cost) Engineer
Due to the growth of our organization, REMONDIS Smart Infra, we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for the position of Senior Electrical (Cost) Engineer.
Location: Uitgeest
We offer you a challenging and versatile position within the electrical engineering department in which you are responsible for the cost price and engineering of electrical and control installations in an internal role. Based on the requests, you devise the technical options and calculate the cost price. After the assignment you will work out everything, cable calculations, heat calculations, determine short-circuit currents, cable lists, etc. You will use the E-plan drawing package, among other things. You have frequent contact with various stakeholders throughout the Netherlands. You have extensive contact with fellow engineers and colleagues from the sales and realization department.
Your duties will include:
Based on the request, you will determine, visualize and calculate the scope of what is requested;
creating designs, providing detailed drawings and designing control cabinets in E-plan;
communicate about functionality and implementation;
detailing product parts;
checking colleagues’ drawings;
presence at transfer (discussions) with employees responsible for implementation;
producing material and order lists;
copying, managing and archiving (revision) drawings;
keeping the E-plan database up to date together with colleagues;
working together with colleagues on uniformity and standardization;
supervising fellow (junior) engineers.
