For our R&D department we are looking for a Senior R&D Engineer with managerial capabilities (m/f) 1 FTE
You are the first point of contact for your colleagues in the R&D department. You coach and guide the 5 R&D Engineers and contribute to their further development.
You are actively involved in the professionalization of VGE and contribute ideas about improvements to the organization.

Communication skills: you know how to convey your idea to your colleagues and our customers and are able to communicate about progress. Whether in Dutch or English, no problem for you.

Coaching: with your coaching skills you develop the employees of the R&D department and ensure that they can get the best out of themselves.

We are the expert in the field of UV-C disinfection solutions for clean and safe water. In our brand new building in Schijndel we develop and produce new sustainable products in the field of water disinfection for the private, recreational and industrial sectors.
