YOUR GOAL As an Industrial Automation Team Leader, you are responsible for the Industrial automation department, which consists of Hardware engineering, Software engineering and Industrial automation development. Approximately 20 colleagues (multidisciplinary) work on customer-specific projects here. In your role you are responsible for managing the department, and as a coaching leader you are able to further develop the team. THIS IS YOU You have at least an HBO working and thinking level. At least 5+ years of relevant work experience in an equivalent managerial position. Experience with the hectic pace and deadlines of a project organization is an advantage. You keep a cool head. You are strong in coaching employees. You have a good command of the Dutch and English language.
