As an asset management team leader, you are ultimately responsible for current and emerging asset management projects within GMB, both in the management and maintenance phase and in the operation phase. You have broad knowledge and interest in the field of digitalization and you ensure the maintenance and improvement of the returns on asset management projects and operations. You build and expand the asset management organization within GMB based on the standard operating procedures (SOP) and you recruit and select the right people for your team. You also ensure that the necessary certifications are obtained and maintained, such as ISO 55001. You provide input in the tender and design phase of new projects in order to be able to make complete offers in the field of asset management. You represent the asset management branch of GMB both internally and externally and you maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.

You have HBO work and thinking level in a relevant field
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar sector.
You have knowledge of and experience with asset management and digitalization
You have a vision of the future of asset management and you can translate this into concrete goals and actions for your team and the organization.
You are a coaching and facilitating manager
You have a strong organizational awareness and you can work well with different stakeholders, both internally and externally.
