As a Services work planner you are the spider in the web of a project. You are responsible for organizing and preparing all resources needed to make our projects successful. Questions you are concerned with include: Has the planning already been completed? Has the latest offer already gone out? Is all the necessary equipment available? This way you ensure that our people and materials are in the right place at the right time. To achieve this, you have a lot of contact with other internal colleagues such as project leaders and executors, but also with external parties.
As a work planner, you do not only work in the office. Based on your curiosity and passion, you regularly take a look outside the construction site to see whether the project is going as planned and to support the executors in their work.

Minimum HBO working and thinking level.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience with calculations is an advantage
Knowledge of implementation techniques and modern contract forms.
Good market and product knowledge.
Motivation to work towards a sustainable and circular future
Experience with the software packages: MS project, Relatics and Metacom is an advantage.
