Marc Hendriks and Richard van Vorstenbosch took over management of Staka on January 1, 2024. After a successful period under the leadership of Mr. Eric Masclee, Staka has entered a new phase of growth and professionalization with the transfer of the majority of the shares to the Dutch investor OxGreenfield at the end of 2022. This transition not only marks a strategic move for the long-term continuity of our organization but also opens up the door to further development and growth.
New management: Marc Hendriks and Richard van Vorstenbosch
We would like to introduce our new directors to you: Marc Hendriks and Richard van Vorstenbosch.
Marc, who previously worked as a Commercial Manager at Staka, will contribute to strengthening our relationships and further expanding Staka commercially with his years of experience and insight into our customers and markets.
Richard van Vorstenbosch, previously employed as Production Manager at Staka, has successfully implemented various optimizations within our production, which makes him ideally suited to lead the operational side of Staka.
Together, Marc and Richard form a complementary leadership team, focused on further strengthening Staka’s position in the market, improving our services and continuing our mission to create innovative products that meet the highest quality standards.

The changes have little direct impact for our customers and partners. Our commitment to quality, efficiency and enthusiasm remains undiminished. It is possible that, as a result of the changes in responsibilities, you will have to deal with a new contact person, but we assure you that we will do our utmost to ensure that this transition runs smoothly.
