The pH::lyser uses the temperature to correct the result of the pH measurement online. The non-porous, solid-state reference electrode ensures excellent pH readings and a long lifetime of the electrode.

      In-line Phase Switch for Turbidity or Colour The PhaseGuard monitors phase transitions of turbidity or colour. Three models of the PhaseGuard cover the possible applications: phase switch for turbidity (model T), for colour (model C), for high turbidity (model HT). The PhaseGuard is factory adjusted with a universal measuring range based on absorption. For simple applications and system integration the instrument configuration and communication can be easily done using the serial interface in combination with the existing outputs. For a more comfortable installation and operation the optional control unit SICON with touch screen technology and colour display can be connected.

      PipeMic is an innovative live access potable water leak detection systems. The systems have an intelligent head which includes an acoustic tip for leak detection and line and tip tracing for location. A leak can be identified through the change in noise at the point of the leak. The change in the noise can be listened to through headphones or linked to a high-quality waterproof and shockproof Bluetooth speaker. There is also a visual display via a light bar. The PipeMic is designed for use up to 10 bar and up to 90 metres for the 4.5 mm rod and up to 300 meters for the 9 mm push rod. The systems are designed with no water access glands for ease of access into a pipe.

      Drinking water quality monitoring in the network The pipe::scan is a modular sensor system for monitoring drinking water quality in pipes under pressure. It measures up to 10 parameters in one device: TOC, DOC, UV254, Turbidity, Color, Chlorine, pH/Redox, Conductivity, Temperature and Pressure. The water quality data can be sent to any central database via almost any protocol. Multiple pipe::scans are the ideal solution to monitor drinking water at any point in the network. ACS drinking water certified The pipe::scan has been ACS drinking water certified by the independent French institute CARSO, which is accredited by the French Ministry of Health to evaluate, test and certify materials and products which are in contact with water intended for human consumption. The Attestation de Conformité Sanitaire (ACS) is the Certificate of Sanitary Conformity that ensures all materials used in a product and in contact with water are safe.

Dual Laminate Piping Systems In addition, Plasticon Composites manufactures and installs thermoplastic lined GRP (dual laminate) pipes for aggressive products such as chlorine gas, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite and caustic soda. Various thermoplastic and fluoropolymer liners were combined by Plasticon Composites (PVC, C-PVC, PP, PE, PVDF, E-CTFE, FEP, PFA, MFA) with glass fibre reinforced polyester resins to provide customers with dual laminate piping systems for extremely hot and corrosive environments. Application Areas Due to their excellent properties, Plasticon Composites piping systems can be used perfectly in several environments. These include all kinds of underground piping systems designed according to ISO 14692 and AWWA 45. For more than 25 years, Bosman Watermanagement has continued to develop their Plate Aerator. To produce it, we use high-quality materials and special techniques, and we assess the performance of every aerator to ensure our aerators are of the highest quality. General: Bosman Watermanagement has installed more than 15,000 plate aerators for more than two hundred treatment plants. Some aerators have even been in operation for >20 years! The aerators are attached to the bottom of the tank, which prevents the formation of anoxic zones due to sludge formation. Moreover, our aeration systems can aerate the entirety of the water column, which improves the oxygenation efficiency. Every unit is closeable using a ball valve. This ensures the system’s safety and reliability. Based on our client’s data and our own dimensioning software, we can produce a custom aeration solution for every treatment plant.
