    1. PAX 40

      PAX 40

PAX 40 is a coagulant based on polyaluminium chloride (PAC). In water and wastewater treatment, it is used for coagulation and flocculation to achieve more stable removal of turbidity and suspended solids, often with less impact on pH than traditional salts. The exact effect depends on your water quality and dosage. **Supply via Vivochem** With Vivochem, you choose a supplier that actively supports continuity. You can select from various packaging options, and we can also fill your chemicals in the required packaging through our drumming facilities. From our PGS 15 warehouse in Almelo, with over 9,000 pallet spaces, we combine ADR-compliant storage with distribution, with deliveries often arriving on site within two to three working days. Export outside the Benelux? We can support that as well, including documentation and port handling.

    2. Penstocks

      Penstocks

To make AVK's wide range even more complete on the water and wastewater market, the existing package has been expanded with the AVK Penstocks. AVK penstocks are round or rectangular with a soft-sealing rubber seal along four sides of the slider. All penstocks in the extensive product range have low leakage rate and reliable operation. Characteristics penstocks: - Suitable for wall mounting - Equipped with rising or non-rising spindle - With closed stainless steel 304 or 316 frame - Double available in various sizes - With a stainless steel 316 or HDPE slide Operating options: - Stainless steel 316 extension spindle with spindle cap F27 or half moon - Hand wheel - Worm cupboard - Electric

    3. Perforated Centerflow screen

      Perforated Centerflow screen

Van Raak designs and manufactures a high qualitative screen provided with perforated filterpanels. Characteristics: • High capacity • High efficiency solids removal • Low energie drive • Easy to retrofit in existing channels • No bearing under water The characteristic of the Center Flow screen is that the waste water flows from the center through the filter panels. Thereby it is not possible that screenings or other materials greater then the perforation, are allowed at the filtered side, whereby an high solids removal percentage is guaranteed

    4. Peristaltic pumps

      Peristaltic pumps

Peristaltic pumps are the best choice for handling viscous liquids, foaming and containing impurities such as sand, stones, granules and vegetal components (algae). Peristaltic pumps offer the user a very good suction capacity, self-priming, reversibility of the flow, good discharge pressure. The liquids normally handled are: acids (sulfuric, nitric, hydrochloric, etc. ...) bases and alkali (potassium hydroxide, soda, etc ...), oils, suspensions of products also containing impurities, solid particles and viscous liquids. Peristaltic pumps are the preferred choice for the handling of food, medical or pharmaceutical liquids, since there is no contact between the mechanical part of the pump and the pumped product. The pumping tubes are made of rubber certified according to customer requirements (FDA and USP).

    5. Peristaltic pumps from Watson-Marlow Accurate, low maintenance peristaltic dosing, metering and transfer pumps

Peristaltic pumps from Watson-Marlow Accurate, low maintenance peristaltic dosing, metering and transfer pumps

Watson‑Marlow cased pumps offer accurate, reliable chemical metering and transfer with no valves, no seals, and no product contact with moving parts. The 530, 630 and 730 ranges provide repeatable performance, gentle low‑shear pumping, and simple tube changes to minimise downtime. With IP31 and IP66 models, plus extensive industrial communication options including 4‑20 mA, RS232/485, PROFIBUS®, EtherNet/IP™ and PROFINET®, our pumps integrate easily into chemical plants. Ideal for corrosive, abrasive, viscous and off‑gassing fluids across dosing, batching and transfer applications.

    6. Permanent Magnet Motors

      Permanent Magnet Motors

As global industries strive to achieve sustainable and energy-efficient processes, Our Innomotics PM Permanent Magnet Motors, conforming to the IE5 efficiency class, represent future-proof and leading-edge drives for motion applications. The principle of permanent magnet motors As the name suggests, permanent magnets represent the core of the motors. These are predominantly fabricated from rare-earth materials which produce a consistent magnetic field. With their integrated magnets, Innomotics PM Permanent Magnet Motors do not require an electrical current to generate a magnetic field in the rotor, which sets them apart from conventional induction motors. This principle results in the higher efficiency of these types of motors. The advantages of permanent magnets Rare-earth magnets are the driving force behind the high efficiency levels of Innomotics PM Permanent Magnet Motors. These rare-earth magnets have magnetic properties that far surpass those of conventional ferrite magnets. They provide a higher power density, allowing for smaller, lighter and more efficient motors than those using ferrite magnets. IE5 efficiency and beyond Innomotics, a pioneer in motor technology, showcases its commitment to groundbreaking innovation through its permanent magnet motors. These motors comply with the IE5 efficiency class – the pinnacle of internationally recognized efficiency levels and even higher.
