Butterfly valves, series 75
A butterfly valve is an open / closed valve with a relatively simple construction. In one quarter turn it goes from a fully open position to a fully closed position, or vice versa; a butterfly valve offers the possibility to open or close a pipe very quickly. A butterfly valve can be used in many applications: water supply, waste water treatment, fire fighting, gas production, distribution and industrial applications such as chemical industry, HVAC, energy supplies. The low cost price, the low weight and the short installation length are some advantages of this type of valve. The valves have various operating options such as hand stems, electric or pneumatic drives or a reduction gear depending on the requirements. In general there are two types of butterfly valves, namely the centric and eccentric butterfly valves. With a centric butterfly valve, the spindle is centered in the center of the valve and the disc is centered in the bore. With the eccentric butterfly valve there are one or more axes from the center; depending on type single, double or triple eccentric.

BVOP pump
The BVOP is a high quality axial propeller pump with impressive performances, a high quality and a relatively low noise level. Ideal use: Bosman Watermanagement made use of its many years' experience in the development of the BVOP pump for the discharge of water from and/or management of the water level in polders and low-lying areas, and for supply of make-up water to canals with locks and in areas at higher altitudes in dry periods. Features: This pump, with a range of seven standard modules, is available with capacities of 12 to 360 m³/minute with a delivery head of approximately 10 meters. The combination of a preformed suction chamber with adjustable impeller blades and a spiral guide in a very generously-sized concrete volute achieves an ideal flow pattern with minimum losses and a large passage. Consequently, this design of this pump achieves a high efficiency. In addition, the pump requires only a shallow sub-mergence depth. Three impeller configurations for each size of pump guarantee optimum performance without harmful cavitation or vibration zones. The most suitable type of pump for specific application is determined using CAS (Computer Aided Selection). When selecting a pump type the specified duty point (flow/delivery head) needs to be realised. The minimum and maximum static delivery heads, the location of the optimum efficiency point, the NPSH etc. are additional factors that need to be taken into account when selecting a pump. Once a selection has been made, the CAS system will present the calculated pump curve and the desirable guarantee point. Applications: Bosman Watermanagement supplied the BVOP pump, for example, the Pilmuir pumping station, which aims to manage the floods in the Pilmuir area. The BVOP pump was also used in the new construction of the Houtkade pumping station in the pilder near Oud-Kamerik. Wondering how this was done and what the final result was?

Bypass level indicator, model BNA
The magnetic level gauge model BNA consists of a bypass chamber, which, as a communicating tube, is connected laterally to a vessel via at least 2 process connections. Through this type of arrangement, the level in the bypass chamber corresponds to the level in the vessel. The float with a built-in permanent magnetic system, which is mounted within the bypass chamber, transmits the liquid level, contact-free, to the magnetic display mounted to the outside of the bypass chamber.

The new CamCarb XG is the best-in-class solution. Its conical shape enables high removal efficiency while maintaining low pressure drop. Its patented design maximizes adsorbent media utilization, resulting in an overall lighter weight filter. This unique combination provides a lower total cost of ownership (TCO). SAVES LABOUR AND DISPOSAL COSTS 50% of service labour and waste LOWERS ENERGY CONSUMPTION 35% for typical products vs existing solutions.

CamCube CC
CamCube is a flexible and compact range of filter housings for different types of filters, from bag filters to HEPA filters and others, and comes with a multiple-stage filtration option. The CamCube filter housing was designed with performance and easy maintenance in mind. It is mainly used in the supply air for a wide variety of applications. CamCube can also be used as an exhaust air housing if contamination-free filter change with plastic bag is not required.

CaNaRy H2S Hydrogen Sulfide output 4-20mA
CaNaRy is a unique sulfur hydrogen meter. CaNaRy is designed for installation in pumping stations and other sewage related applications. CaNaRy is a Danish developed and produced product, and comply with all specifications for electronics components, for installation in harsh environments. CaNaRy Functions: CaNaRy measures hydrogen sulphide content in gaseous form with a measuring range from 0-300ppm and converts this into a standard 4-20mA signal. The measuring cell is calibrated from the factory and do not need calibration again throughout the entire lifetime of the cell. Whilst the CaNaRy is designed to be highly specific to the gas they are intended to measure, they will still respond to some degree to various other gases. Be aware that exposure to other gasses, can have a negative effect on the CaNaRy’s lifetime expectancy

Caustic soda 32%
In the water treatment chain, caustic soda is mainly used when you need to increase pH and alkalinity in a controlled way. This can be relevant for process optimisation, corrosion control or when incoming water is too acidic for stable treatment. Caustic soda is a corrosive substance (ADR class 8) and therefore requires a supplier with logistics and safety fully in order. At Vivochem, caustic soda is available in bulk, IBCs, pallet drums (PE) and pallet cans. **Supply via Vivochem** With Vivochem, you choose a supplier that actively supports continuity. You can select from various packaging options, and we can also fill your chemicals in the required packaging through our drumming facilities. From our PGS 15 warehouse in Almelo, with over 9,000 pallet spaces, we combine ADR-compliant storage with distribution, with deliveries often arriving on site within two to three working days. Export outside the Benelux? We can support that as well, including documentation and port handling.

CBS blower
In these times of increasing energy prices, optimum energy efficiency plays a decisive role when it comes to wastewater treatment applications. Cost-effective generation and dependable supply of compressed air are particularly important factors at treatment plants.

Central controller- Optimizer 4.0
Optimize your compressed air system with master controllers Save energy and reduce CO2 emissions by automating the control of your equipment. Our central controller Optimizer 4.0 can be set to prevent unequal wear of compressors, equalizing the running hours on multiple machines for more efficient service scheduling and reduced cost. Moreover, VSD and centrifugal units will run at the optimum point whenever possible. Without our central controllers, the load/unload pressure of each compressor must be set to react to changes in air demand. If the system pressure drops, an additional compressor will switch to loaded running. However, the sequence will always be the same, and this leads to a higher pressure than required (the higher the pressure, the higher the energy cost).

Centric butterfly valves, serie 820
Centric butterfly valves with an elastomer liner, available as wafer, lug or U-section type. Depending on your application, the body, liner and disc material are determined to withstand specific working conditions. Desponia is a butterfly valve for on/off and control applications from -20°C until 140°C according to the material. Suitable for aggressive and abrasive media.

Ceramic membrane filtration
Ceramic membrane filtration is a robust and sustainable technology for the production of clean and reliable water. RWB delivers the compact modular systems from METAWATER. The membranes have a pore size of 0.1 µm and thereby fall into the microfiltration class. Due to the removal of impurities like suspended substances, turbidity, bacteria and protozoans, the technology is very suited as a purification step in the production of drinking water, process water or for purification and reuse of wastewater. Ceramic membrane filtration offers the following advantages: - Guaranteed continuous 100 % integrity - No fragile separate membrane reeds - Resistant to pressure and heat - Resistant against aggressive chemicals (effective cleaning) - Back wash with very high speed - Very high efficiency achievable - Large filtration surface per membrane module (25 m²) - Long guaranteed membrane lifespan - Low environmental impact
