      Ultrafiltratie

Aqua D&S supplies ultrafiltration that is BRL K-14010-1 approved. Ultrafiltration is an alternative technique for legionella prevention and is designed to improve the quality of your tap water and stop mould, bacteria and viruses, while retaining vital minerals. Ultrafiltration may only be used if a Risk Inventory/Management Plan is in place, drawn up by a BRL 6010 certified organisation, as described in the Water Supply Decree. It is crucial that all dead pipes are removed from the downstream installation. By installing ultrafiltration as a gatekeeper, you have optimal protection against Legionella in your drinking water installation. Ultrafiltration removes Legionella bacteria and other micro-organisms from your drinking water installation. Ultrafiltration does not add anything to the water, the composition of the water is not changed, and a brief power failure does not affect the functioning of the ultrafiltration system. The management plan may need to be adjusted to accommodate the flushing operations that must be carried out on a weekly basis. The number of water samples to be taken must also be adjusted, and they must be taken by an accredited laboratory. The pre-treatment of the downstream installation will be cleaned after the ultrafiltration has been installed in accordance with water worksheets 3.8 as described in our scope ISO 9001:2008. Aqua D&S has a disinfectant that is permitted in accordance with Compliance Article 95. The ultrafiltration is only suitable for cold and mixed water with a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. To guarantee the functioning of the ultrafiltration, installation and maintenance (integrity test) are carried out annually by Aqua D&S.

    2. Ultrasone clamp-on flowmeter OPTISONIC 6300

      Ultrasone clamp-on flowmeter OPTISONIC 6300

    3. Ultrasone Clamp-on flowmeters

      Ultrasone Clamp-on flowmeters

    4. Ultrasonic cleaning

      Ultrasonic cleaning

Ultrasonic cleaning is extremely suitable for parts that have many corners, sides and holes that can harbour dirt, such as a filter cartridge or filter element. The cleaning fluid is distributed via sound waves, which means that there is no risk of scratching or damage. The right combination of frequency, time, temperature and cleaning agent ensure a perfect deep cleaning with micro precision. Lubrafil offers this service for customers and generally combines this with servicing to the filter. In many cases customers have a spare filter cartridge or filter element that we can install as exchange set during servicing. The contaminated filter cartridges are then taken away for ultrasonic cleaning. We can also keep these cleaned cartridges in stock for the customer so that our service engineers can take these with them at the next service. This is another example of how we can manage your entire maintenance cycle.

    5. Ultrasonic wall thickness meter

      Ultrasonic wall thickness meter

Dynasonics WT-1 ultrasonic wall thickness meter One of the parameters to be set for clamp-on flow measurements is the wall thickness of the tube. If this is unknown then a wall thickness meter offers a solution. The ultrasonic wall thickness meter from Dynasonics is a particularly compact and versatile wall thickness meter. This Dynasonics WT-1 can measure up to a wall thickness of 200 mm. The accuracy of the measurement is 0.5%. The power supply consists of four internal AAA batteries. After use, the meter wall thickness switches off automatically. As soon as the batteries run out, the WT-1 indicates that the batteries need to be replaced. Due to the high transmitting power, the Dynasonics WT-1 wall thickness meter can be used in a wide range of applications, including pipes with a rough surface. Piping material can be: steel, cast iron, aluminum, red copper, brass, zinc, quartz, glass, polyethylene, malleable cast iron and PVC / CPVC. On the front side there is a 5 mm thick calibration block, with which the user can check the wall thickness meter and calibrate if necessary. It is also possible to display the sound speed in the material with this wall thickness meter. Properties: Measures both steel and plastic pipes Sound speed measurement of the material Wall thickness measurement from 1 to 200 mm Delivery including case manual and guided pasta Illuminated display

    7. Upflow Softener

      Upflow Softener

The most efficient and cost-saving water softener for your business. Increasing the efficiency of your water treatment while drastically reducing costs? That’s music to the ears of any process or production manager. The Eco-Vision Upflow Softener (EVUS) drastically reduces operational costs and contributes firmly to sustainability within your company. The water softener removes excess calcium and magnesium from your process water using cationic resins. Softening is thereby done in upflow service and regeneration in downflow mode. Besides improved sustainability (less rinse water and less chlorides), it also delivers a very high ROI. The Eco-Vision Upflow Softener is optimally applicable from 100 m2 per day. Depending on the sizing and hardness of the water, we are already talking about a payback period within a year. On average, an EVUS pays for itself between 1 and 5 years. A no-brainer for any company pursuing both cost efficiency and sustainability.
