No pressure loss is a great advantage of the VGE Pro Immersion series, because the UV-C lamps are integrated into your water system without an irradiation chamber. The fixtures are made of high quality stainless steel. The immersion units are designed for a working pressure of 6 bar which results in an installation depth of 60 meter. The entire system can operate fully submerged. The VGE Pro UV-C INOX Immersion units are equipped with a 9 meter long cable which can easily be connected to the control panel. The cable glands with strain relief protect the cable against kinks which improves the durability. The VGE Pro UV-C Immersion system can be delivered with several UV-C lamps, varying in power from 40 W up to 325 W. The lamp is installed in a protective quartz sleeve and can withstand vibrations and strong water flows. The UV-C lamps are based on amalgam lamp technology with a lamplife of 16,000 hours. This results in low maintenance costs.

The UV 6100 model is designed to meet the needs of households and communities requiring effective water disinfection. It is equipped with a 60W amalgam lamp and a ballast integrated into an aluminum cast housing, powder-coated for better resistance to environmental conditions. Its peripheral seal ensures optimal waterproofing, compliant with IP65 standards. With an adjustable treatment flow rate, it can purify up to 3.4 m³ of water per hour at a dose of 40 mJ/cm² and up to 5.5 m³/h at a dose of 25 mJ/cm². Its installation is quick and simple, with a wall mounting system and a drain valve included. A translucent connector allows visual inspection of the UV lamp’s operation, providing easy and effective monitoring. For installations requiring pre-filtration and activated carbon treatment, the 3-in-1 version offers the UV 6100 TRIO, designed for a flow rate of 3.5 m³/h.

The VACOMASS® elliptic control valve is a technically optimized sliding gate control valve with gas-tight shut-off and an elliptical control aperture. It is used for precise and low-loss control of air flow and distribution in the aeration tanks of a wastewater treatment plant. Within the usual control range the valve has a stable control curve, and it can be used from 0-100% stroke. It is designed to have a pressure loss of less than 10 mbar at full load and 100% stroke. The design stroke in control mode typically ranges between 30 – 70%, pressure drop will range between 8-15 mbar.

Ons draadloze monitoringsysteem is het zenuwstelsel van het vacuümrioleringssysteem. Het levert continu realtime inzicht in de prestaties van putten, leidingen en stations, zonder bekabeling, zonder ingrijpende aanpassingen en volledig integreerbaar in bestaande systemen. Elke sensor verzamelt en analyseert data lokaal en communiceert draadloos met het centrale platform. Niet alleen meetwaarden, maar ook trends, afwijkingen en patronen worden herkend. Hierdoor verandert monitoring van “kijken wat er misgaat” naar “voorkomen dat het misgaat”. Het systeem detecteert beginnende vervuiling, lekkages, luchtinlaat en afwijkend gedrag ruim voordat storingen of klachten ontstaan. In combinatie met voorspellende algoritmes en externe data, zoals weersinvloeden, wordt het onderhoud gestuurd op basis van werkelijke conditie in plaats van vaste intervallen. Bij een afwijking geeft het systeem geen generiek alarm, maar context: wat er gebeurt, waar het gebeurt en wat de meest waarschijnlijke oorzaak is. De gebruiker ontvangt duidelijke meldingen met praktische handelingsadviezen, waardoor sneller en gerichter kan worden ingegrepen. Het resultaat is maximale bedrijfszekerheid, minder ongeplande storingen, lagere onderhoudskosten en een systeem dat grotendeels zelfstandig functioneert, dag en nacht, onder alle omstandigheden.

Slimme besturing voor het vacuümstation van de toekomst Onze besturing van het vacuümstation is fundamenteel anders dan een traditionele aan/uit-schakeling van pompen. Dit is een intelligent, zelfdenkend systeem dat naadloos samenwerkt met ons draadloze monitoringsysteem. De besturing analyseert continu het gedrag van het vacuümnetwerk en anticipeert actief op externe invloeden, zoals weersvoorspellingen en verwachte belasting. Op basis daarvan stuurt het systeem de pompen proactief aan. Niet reactief, maar voorspellend. Hierdoor is het vacuümstation op elk moment optimaal ingesteld: precies genoeg capaciteit wanneer nodig, en nooit onnodig energieverbruik. Dit resulteert in een stabieler systeem, lagere operationele kosten en een aantoonbare energiebesparing. Het systeem is ontworpen om zo veel mogelijk en zo lang mogelijk autonoom te functioneren. Wanneer zich toch een afwijking of storing voordoet, blijft het niet bij een alarmmelding. De besturing herkent het probleem, benoemt de oorzaak en geeft de gebruiker concrete aanwijzingen voor de oplossing. Kortom: een slim, zelflerend en energie-efficiënt besturingssysteem dat niet alleen bewaakt, maar meedenkt, vooruitkijkt en ontzorgt.
