TeleControllers (edge controllers) are intelligent modems, or Remote Terminal Units, that can connect almost any remote device to a central server, such as: PLC controllers, sensors & measuring devices, external databases, etc.
TeleControllers can be connected to third party operating systems without changing their existing programs or configurations.
Measurement data is stored on the TeleControllers at short log intervals. With the edge computing intelligence of the TeleController, in-line data validation and data processing can be performed.
