Gasdetector Ecotox CO2

The ECOTOX CO2 is a portable gas detector for the detection of CO2.
The ECOTOX is compact, rugged and easy to use.
The ECOTOX thanks its name to the combination of it’s
ECONOMICAL feature, “low cost of ownership” and TOXIC gases.
After activating the power button, the detector will operate
continuously for about 7 days on one charge with full battery capacity.
The remaining battery capacity can be read from the LC Display by
means of the segments in the battery.
Before an unsafe situation arises, the detector alarms with a powerful
acoustic signal, intense flashing red LEDs, display and a vibration alarm.

The portable detector is composed of a robust protective housing
with a sturdy stainless steel crocodile clip, a LC display with indication
of battery status and measured CO2 concentration and a power and
push button for easy navigation through the menu.
Due to its ergonomic/robust construction and its low weight, the
ECOTOX is particularly suitable for use under harsh conditions,
such as refineries, chemical industry, waste water treatment, etc. to
accomplish it’s safety task to the maximum.
The degree of protection of the ECOTOX CO2 is IP66/67.
This ECOTOX CO2 detector is not intended for use in EX zones
(not explosion proof certified).
The device uses a low power NDIR sensor for fast and accurate
detection. The low power consumption of the ECOTOX CO2
provides a (battery) usage time of more than seven days in
continuous use, with one recharge.
The ECOTOX CO2 has adjustable alarm levels, can be charged by means of a supplied USB charging cable and network adapter, and can be read out (data logging).
