    2. Flygt N 3069

      Flygt N 3069

The Flygt N 3069 small-range wastewater pump series, featuring Adaptive N™ hydraulic technology, is unique in its class and delivers outstanding cost-effective performance. You can also choose from a range of impeller options such as Hard Iron™, cast iron, or stainless steel, allowing the pump to be precisely tailored to your requirements. Dirty Water N-Technology Pump with Adaptive N™ Impeller Flygt N pumps handle the toughest applications and get the job done. Every component is designed and manufactured to deliver consistently high efficiency. Thanks to the patented N-technology with its self-cleaning impeller, Flygt N pumps achieve the highest overall efficiency. They reduce energy consumption and minimize unplanned service costs, providing peace of mind and significant long-term savings. Most solid objects entering the pump pass through the impeller between the vanes. If an object becomes lodged on the leading edge of one of the vanes, it will slide along the backward-curved shape near the inlet and be released. Due to the mechanical, self-cleaning design, sludge concentrations of up to 8% can be pumped with ease.

    3. Flygt N 3153

      Flygt N 3153

The Flygt N 3153 medium capacity wastewater pump series is designed to deliver sustained high efficiency and clog-free performance for tough applications. The series is available with a wide range of pressure characteristics and discharge connection sizes. It also has explosion-proof versions and a variety of impeller material options: Hard Iron, grey iron or stainless steel. Flygt N 3153 pumps can be delivered for submersible or dry installation (configurations P, S, T, Z). N-Technology Wastewater Pump Flygt N-technology has a mechanically self-cleaning design that handles the toughest modern wastewater challenges. Even with today’s increase in non-organic, fibrous solids, Flygt N-impellers prevent soft and hard clogging. Most solid objects entering the pump will pass through the impeller between the impeller vanes. If an object gets caught on the leading edge of one of the vanes, it will slide along the backswept shape toward the perimeter of the inlet and be guided out through the relief groove. By preventing build-up on the impeller, Flygt N-technology is able to deliver sustained high efficiency, minimize pump operating hours, and reduce unplanned service calls. The self-cleaning design can easily handle a sludge concentration up to 8%.

Thanks to their lightweight and portable construction, Flygt Ready pumps are easy to transport, install, and operate. They require minimal maintenance and are designed for continuous operation, helping to reduce downtime and operating costs. Overall, Flygt Ready pumps offer a reliable and efficient solution for fast and effective water removal.

    5. Flygt Submersible Column Pumps

      Flygt Submersible Column Pumps

All column pumps are located inside a discharge column, which is often suspended from the top structure. Submersible column pumps are seated at the bottom of the column without any fasteners or special hardware. They are quickly installed and removed for inspection and service. The traditional designs are either built as a complete unit that is installed on site, or as a pull-out type, which allows you to pull the entire rotating assembly out of the column pipe for ease of service.

    6. Framework agreement future-proof drinking water supply Berkheide

Framework agreement future-proof drinking water supply Berkheide

Drinking water company Dunea has started a collaboration based on a framework agreement for a future-proof drinking water supply in Berkheide. Van der Ven is carrying out various projects within the Berkheide programme, aimed at both the realisation of new extractions and the renovation of the existing system. In collaboration with GMB, the implementation is optimised and the expertise of both contractors is used for a successful implementation. This collaboration is essential to tackle the challenges of drinking water supply and to enable Dunea to continue to supply clean and reliable drinking water in the future.

    8. Free trial of sustainable and biological fat breakdown

Free trial of sustainable and biological fat breakdown

Start your trial period of sustainable and biological fat breakdown. Non-binding, problem-solving and cost-saving. Are you looking for a long-term solution for recurring blockages, grease accumulations and odor nuisance in your sewerage, pumping station or grease trap? Towards a solution that tackles the grease problem at the source and that also saves costs? Then this could be an interesting pilot for you. Especially if you are open to a green approach based on fat-degrading bacteria as an alternative to traditional maintenance. We unburden you completely in the field of sustainable and biological wastewater management. During a one-year pilot we treat the wastewater with the Groene Vetvreter, so that your wastewater system can function optimally again. Our goal is to solve recurring blockages and nuisance caused by grease and to prevent the development of new bottlenecks – now and in the future. How does a pilot work? acquaintance We come to meet you without obligation and provide information and explanation about our working method and the intended results. We then visit the pilot location to get a good impression of, among other things, the sewer system, the flow profile and the environment. We also ask for additional information, such as flow rates, frequency of cleaning and other bottlenecks. Proposal We then set to work on drawing up a transparent treatment plan for a period of 12 months. We make a proposal, without hidden conditions. What you see is what you get! Performance After approval, we would like to start the pilot together with you and/or one of your employees. We then monitor, inspect and dose the location(s) on a monthly basis. We document the progress and pass on details immediately. After 6 and 12 months, we report the results achieved to you.

    9. Frequentietechniek

      Frequentietechniek

Legionella poses a major risk to managers of drinking and process water installations. Existing control methods, such as copper/silver ionisation, involve undesirable chemical additives and high management costs. Aqua D&S is therefore introducing an innovative, patented solution: frequency technology. This technology activates frequency waves above 20 kHz in tap water. These waves are inaudible to humans and animals, but destroy the biofilm that serves as a breeding ground for Legionella bacteria, among other things. Unlike other methods, frequency technology does not cause corrosion and does not affect the smell or taste of the water. Crucially, frequency technology does not add anything to the water. The technology is marketed exclusively by Aqua D&S in the UK and has been extensively tested and successfully applied in practice. The installation consists of transducers that are placed in the existing pipework via removable plastic Y-pieces. This allows the frequency waves to reach the entire pipe network, including dead pipes. The simple installation, minimal maintenance and one-off adjustment ensure low management costs. Because both bacteria and their adhesive and nutrient base are eliminated, there is no regrowth, unlike with chemical treatments. The technology requires only a minimal energy supply, comparable to a small light bulb, and can be continuously monitored via a control screen. Weighing less than three kilograms and offering a long service life, frequency technology provides a sustainable and cost-efficient breakthrough in the management of drinking and process water.
