Customers can contact us for the delivery of second-hand installations, which are specifically delivered to the customer in our workshop. We refurbish these second-hand installations, bringing the machines to new condition and implementing any upgrades and optimizations. For example, during a renovation, a mobile dewatering installation can be deployed to temporarily take over the work. Optimization of your installation can possibly be combined with a renovation, but can also be carried out separately.

Renovation & Revisions: Bosman Watermanagement is the supplier for overhauling and possibly increasing the capacity of existing pumping and purification installations. A great deal of hydraulic knowledge, extensive experience in overhauling and adapting pump and purification installations and the provision of innovative solutions have determined the success of Bosman Watermanagement in the field of overhauls and renovations. Research & Expertise: For old installations, the necessary information is often lacking or additional requirements are imposed. We have specialists to carry out expert appraisals and inspections on these types of installations, who assess the installations with special measuring tools. From here we can respond to your wishes, for example by a unique design, advice, overhaul or the supply of spare parts. The Upgrade (U-Series) from E/One is a replacement grinder pump engineered to fit into virtually any grinder pump wet well. Universal design allows easy drop-in conversion, ready to connect. The Upgrade is a complete replacement for all of the troublesome components of a centrifugal pump, including slide rails, pump/motor, float switches, piping and motor control devices.

The model TR22-A resistance thermometer is used for temperature measurement in sanitary applications. The process connections meet the stringent requirements, in terms of materials and design, of hygienic measuring locations. With increased hygienic requirements for the ambient areas around the measuring location, a stainless steel head is available in an optimised hygienic design. This enables easy cleaning of the measuring instrument, particularly for splash zones in food production. Due to the rotatable threaded connection to the connection head, it is possible to loosen the connection head and to adjust it in the desired position. The connection head can be removed together with the measuring insert. This allows the resistance thermometer to be calibrated along with the whole measuring chain, i.e. without disconnecting the electrical connections. In addition, this avoids having to open the process, and thus the risk of contamination is minimised. The spring-loaded measuring insert guarantees the contact between the sensor tip and the bottom of the protection tube and thus ensures a fast response time and high accuracy. The welded junction between the protection tube and the flange makes the use of a sealing as additional material in those areas redundant which are in contact with the product.
