Screw compactors
The SCREENINGS will be deposited in the receiving zone with drain section and will be transported by means of a screw conveyor to the rinsing section and later to the press section. Here the screenings will be reduced and dewatered. The screenings are evacuated from the screw compactor through a press/transports tube. The diameter, length and discharge height will be adapted to the situation. The SNOEK SCREW COMPACTOR can be placed directly under the finescreen. Waste disposal width to 2000 mm. The screenings can also be transported by means of shaftless screw conveyors, transport belts or water transport. In case the screenings are transported through a water transport channel, extra supplies will be fixed in the receiving zone of the compactor.

Screw conveyor
Transportation of screenings, sludges, waste and other solids by means of a shaftless spiral.

Screw conveyor and dewaterer
This SNOEK SCREW CONVEYOR/COMPACTOR is suitable for the dewatering and volume reduction of screened waste from domestic and industrial waste water. This SCC model comprises a dewatering, transport, pressing and compacting zone. The screening waste is transported to the pressing section where the screw is surrounded by a press cage with axial passages. The SCREENING WASTE is pressed together and dewatered in the compacting zone. The dewatering depends on the plug formed in the compacting zone and the pressure of the discharge valve. The spacing of the press cage is designed according to the material to be dewatered and the grade of separation desired.

Screw Press
The HAUS Screw press is a dewatering machine alternative to the belt press and filter press in applications which require solid and liquid separation. Solid and liquid separation is performed by movable and fixed discs and the cylindrical screen and through compaction of the sludge towards the screen section by Archimedes' cylinder. Screw press is particularly suitable for dewatering of waste water treatment plant sludges and sludges produced at potable water treatment plants, which tend to release their water content easily. Special features: - automatic washing sequence; - automatic adjustable solid discharge; - no product blocking due to the moving discs.

Screw Press

Screw press
A further development of the basic screw press principle, by which wet residue flows can be filtered and dewatered to a dryer product.

screw press sludge dewatering
MTI-Engineering is distributor of IEA screw presses for the Benelux and Germany. Sludge dewatering with an IEA screw press is characterised by low energy and maintenance costs, while important values such as dry matter of the filter cake are equivalent to those of existing systems.

Screw pumps
Screw pumps are capable of pumping large flow rates over small pump heads. Our custom-made solutions are designed for optimal efficiency and durability. They are suitable for any infrastructure, even when there are variations in the water level.

Screw separator
Separation of settling solids from waste water and process water by means of sedimentation in combination with a screw conveyor to discharge the separated solids.

Screw wash press
The SCREENED WASTE is tipped into the receiving zone with dewatering section and is conveyed by means of a screw conveyor to the rinsing section where the pre-cleaning of the waste commences. The material is then moved onto the cleaning and pressing section. Here the screened waste is reduced and dewatered. The waste is removed from the cleaning press by means of a press/conveyor pipeline. The diameter, length and tipping height can be modified to meet all requirements. The SNOEK SCREENING SCREW WASH PRESS can be placed directly under the Snoek fine screen. Inlet width is upto 2000 mm. It is also possible to feed in the screened waste by means of an axe less screw conveyor, conveyor belt or water transport drain. If the waste is fed in via a water transport drain, extra equipment can be fitted in the receiving zone of the press.

ScrubberGuard - Measuring system for scrubber wash water monitoring
More and more goods are transported by sea on a global scale and cruise liners are also enjoying an increase in popularity. For economic reasons, many ship operators choose heavy fuel oil as a propellant. The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has issued guidelines for limiting pollutant emissions of heavy fuel oil powered ships. In order to continue an operation with highly sulphurous heavy fuel oil, the ships are refitted with scrubbers. The certified measuring system ScrubberGuard reliably and continuously measures the parameters of the scrubber wash water, such as turbidity, oil-in-water, pH and temperature in accordance with the guidelines for exhaust gas treatment systems MEPC.259 (68). The true non-contact measuring system and the exact recalibration (you can do on your own) without the use of chemicals, allows a long-term stable measurement and reduces maintenance to a minimum. The ScrubberGuard was specifically designed for the challenging process and environmental conditions of this application.

Scrubbers for gas filtration
Allsorb scrubbers are often used in industry where high air volumes hazardous gases or unpleasant odours up to 40,000 m3/h have to be extracted.

Sealing solutions for cabinets
Roxtec light-weight seals are area efficient and ideal for cabinets, enclosures, junction boxes and other applications with high cable density. Protect equipment with an organized cable entry seal that is openable to simplify maintenance and sudden changes.
