The pipework of a biogas plant transports the biogas and ensures it is collected and stored. We adapt the pipework of our biogas installations to the requirements of the process, the project or the customer. We supply pipework in stainless steel, HDPE and/or certified pipework. Installations are assembled by certified welders according to the applicable welding methods. In addition, Biogas Holland offers a wide range of fittings.

GRP Piping Systems Since 1969, Plasticon Composites has enjoyed a worldwide reputation in glass fibre reinforced pipes and fittings. Today, piping systems are available in a variety of standard diameters ranging from 25 to 1200 mm. Plasticon Composites offers pipe and fittings to meet all national and international standards depending on the area and application. Combining the strength of GRP and the chemical compatibility of plastics provides customers with a superior alternative to costly metal alloys and rubber-lined steel. Dual Laminate Piping Systems In addition, Plasticon Composites manufactures and installs thermoplastic lined GRP (dual laminate) pipes for aggressive products such as chlorine gas, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite and caustic soda. Various thermoplastic and fluoropolymer liners were combined by Plasticon Composites (PVC, C-PVC, PP, PE, PVDF, E-CTFE, FEP, PFA, MFA) with glass fibre reinforced polyester resins to provide customers with dual laminate piping systems for extremely hot and corrosive environments. Application Areas Due to their excellent properties, Plasticon Composites piping systems can be used perfectly in several environments. These include all kinds of underground piping systems designed according to ISO 14692 and AWWA 45. Plasticon Composites can also supply insulated pipes for cooled water conduits used in tropical and subtropical regions or in cold environments. These include heat tracing to prevent the medium from freezing. The use of polyurethane insulation finished with a GRP laminate ensures 100% vapour-tight insulation. Plasticon Composites can comply with any requirements relating to product identification. This is an efficient and widely applied aeration system for biological treatment plants. This unique product is characterized by its high O2-capacity and durability. For more than 25 years, Bosman Watermanagement has continued to develop their Plate Aerator. To produce it, we use high-quality materials and special techniques, and we assess the performance of every aerator to ensure our aerators are of the highest quality. General: Bosman Watermanagement has installed more than 15,000 plate aerators for more than two hundred treatment plants. Some aerators have even been in operation for >20 years! The aerators are attached to the bottom of the tank, which prevents the formation of anoxic zones due to sludge formation. Moreover, our aeration systems can aerate the entirety of the water column, which improves the oxygenation efficiency. Every unit is closeable using a ball valve. This ensures the system’s safety and reliability. Based on our client’s data and our own dimensioning software, we can produce a custom aeration solution for every treatment plant. Gebuwin developed the foldable swivel davit especially for hoisting goods on location. This foldable davit helps you carry out your work effectively without risk of physical overload. Due to its light weight of 25kg, this davit can be moved by one person. The hoisting davit is ready for use within 5 seconds by means of the folding system of the boom. And when inserted into the additional floor socket the compact crane is able to rotate 360 degrees. Gebuwin manufactures three types of swivel davits, these davits differ in hoisting capacity and reach. The SD125 has a reach of 100 cm, the SD250 has a reach of 80 cm and the SD500 reaches 60 cm. Because of the integrated winch and wire rope the SD is not only compact it is also low maintenance. Also, the crank is adjustable in length so that the speed of hoisting can be regulated.
