Wil je je SAM® skills even opfrissen of juist dieper ingaan op de beheermogelijkheden in dit onafhankelijke onderhoudsmanagementsysteem? Meld je dan aan voor een SAM® Gebruikerstraining. De volgende onderwerpen komen aan bod: - Dashboard, paspoort, algemeen gebruik; - Genereren van bonnen inclusief het werkproces (Acties, Inspecties, Storingen); - Functionaliteit van de bonnen (overzichten, lijstbeheer & tags); - Verwerken inspecties (BRL, NEN 1010 & NEN 3140) - Opstellen en werken met de meerjarenbegroting; - Risico-, en inspectieanalyse; - Voordelen van de contractmodule; - Instellen gebruikersrechten; - Specifieke gebruikersvragen van de cursisten; - Laatste ontwikkelingen van SAM®. We organiseren trainingen op centraal gelegen plekken door het hele land. Regio noord bedienen we vanuit Van der Valk te Assen. De trainingen voor regio midden vinden plaats op Congrescentrum B&I – InfraCampus in Harderwijk. De deelnemers voor regio Zuid verwelkomen we op ons kantoor in Dordrecht.

Samptec automatic wastewater sampler
TEC42.com B.V., a company of Bard Verkroost (25), has developed the next generation of Samplers under the brand name SAMPTEC.nl. (patents pending). This program complies with NEN 6600, NEN-EN 16479 and ISO 5667-3&10. The starting points are sustainability and quality, but also better service friendliness and price optimization. A recycled thermoplastic raw material (PE4) was chosen for the housing produced in the Netherlands and the insulation is also made of blown PE4. This makes the extremely robust, water-resistant and insulated housing easy to clean and fully recyclable after the expected life cycle of 25 years. The production process for these housings developed and automated by TEC42 uses “double shot low pressure foaming”. This makes the production process environmentally friendly, safe and can be performed by 1 person. In order to cool the stored samples correctly, the housings are equipped with an easy to install and replace PURPOSE BUILD 24V SN-T class cooling. The SAMPTEC cooling uses 32 Gram R290 coolant and has a Global Warming Potential of only 3, while current eco-unfriendly systems have a GWP of no less than 1430. In order to make the cooling suitable for the storage of aggressive vapours, the evaporator is constructed from a covered and encapsulated RVS316 heat sink. In the event of any malfunctions in the cooling, it can be replaced by a technician within 15 minutes. It is no longer necessary to call in a specialized cooling technician and the main components can be handled more sustainably. The interchangeability is a significant improvement in terms of durability, quality and service friendliness of cooled sampling cabinets.

Screw compactors
The SCREENINGS will be deposited in the receiving zone with drain section and will be transported by means of a screw conveyor to the rinsing section and later to the press section. Here the screenings will be reduced and dewatered. The screenings are evacuated from the screw compactor through a press/transports tube. The diameter, length and discharge height will be adapted to the situation. The SNOEK SCREW COMPACTOR can be placed directly under the finescreen. Waste disposal width to 2000 mm. The screenings can also be transported by means of shaftless screw conveyors, transport belts or water transport. In case the screenings are transported through a water transport channel, extra supplies will be fixed in the receiving zone of the compactor.

Screw conveyor and dewaterer
This SNOEK SCREW CONVEYOR/COMPACTOR is suitable for the dewatering and volume reduction of screened waste from domestic and industrial waste water. This SCC model comprises a dewatering, transport, pressing and compacting zone. The screening waste is transported to the pressing section where the screw is surrounded by a press cage with axial passages. The SCREENING WASTE is pressed together and dewatered in the compacting zone. The dewatering depends on the plug formed in the compacting zone and the pressure of the discharge valve. The spacing of the press cage is designed according to the material to be dewatered and the grade of separation desired.
