
KATflow 230 | Katronic double channel clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter
The KATflow 230 is a portable clamp-on flow meter with two measurement channels offering a variety of optional features. It is a compact and robust instrument that comprises additional functions that can turn it into more than just a flow meter. In contrast to its hand-held counterpart, the KATflow 230 (Katronic™) offers two measurement channels which enable the instrument to monitor two pipes simultaneously. This dual-channel measurement function can also be used to monitor one single pipe in a two-path sensor mounting configuration in order to increase the accuracy under difficult flow conditions with disturbed flow profiles. The incorporated calculation functions Sum, Difference, Average and Highest Value complete the dual-channel feature.

Keerklepcontrole, controleren van terugstroombeveiligers
Keerkleppen of terugstroombeveiligers dienen jaarlijks op hun goede werking en functionaliteit gekeurd te worden. Dit wordt beschreven in het werkblad 1.4G van de Vewin. De complete controle wordt volgens de voorgeschreven meetmethode uitgevoerd (overdruk- onderdruk of de traditionele). U ontvangt een rapport en certificaat ter bevestiging wanneer en met welke methode deze is uitgevoerd. Tevens worden defecte keerkleppen, indien mogelijk in overleg, direct vervangen. Bij een contract wordt u jaarlijks geïnformeerd wanneer de controle weer zal plaatsvinden.

KemConnect DEX - Smart Disinfection
KemConnect DEX is based on performic acid which is a powerful peroxygen compound that disinfects rapidly, and at low doses. Because it is chlorine-free and does not produce toxic by-products, KemConnect DEX is a sustainable disinfection strategy. The efficiency of performic acid (PFA) as a disinfectant enables a cost-effective approach to the disinfection process. The footprint for chemical storage is small, as are the logistic requirements for chemical supplies. The on-site production system that produces performic acid is compact and has low energy requirements. As an added value, Kemira’s expertise and experience in water management expands your in-house capabilities to quickly resolve water treatment challenges. Convenience is a word rarely used when disinfecting wastewater, but with KemConnect DEX it’s a reality. The package includes all the required chemicals, a compact DEX-3 unit with a reactor capable of on-site PFA production and the KemConnect smart process managment system. This turn-key system is fully automated and installed by Kemira. KemConnect DEX is monitored and controlled on a digital platform that automates dosing and has real-time access via the internet on any connected device. System status, alarms and reporting occur via SMS and email. KemConnect DEX has low capital investment requirements, low operating-costs and is an environmentally sound disinfection solution.

KemConnect P-Optimizer - Smart phosphorus removal
Kemira KemConnect P-optimizer helps plant operators to dose the exact amount of coagulants they require for chemical phosphate removal. Continuous monitoring combined with precise control over product dosing allows operators to react proactively to fluctuations in the feed to their wastewater plant. With Kemira KemConnect P-optimizer, overdosing “to be on the safe side” is as much a thing of the past as limit violations that result from the late detection of phosphate peaks. KemConnect PT (pre-treatment)
Kemira KemConnect™ PT is an automated solution to optimize the chemical pre-treatment process, enabling various downstream efficiency improvements. The system is designed to maximize the energy savings and energy production of a wastewater treatment plant and to maintain a consistent level of treatment within a minimum and maximum range. The application of such a system can limit or prolong the need for major plant expansion while addressing sustainability goals at the same time. The main objective is to settle just enough primary solids to alleviate most of the burden on the aeration process, hence lowering the energy required for aeration. The second objective is to increase biogas production by increasing the amount of more easily biodegradable sludge sent from the primary treatment step to the digestors as opposed to secondary sludge, which is much harder for the bacteria to digest. The system includes the measurement of flow, turbidity, and suspended solids in the influent wastewater, as well as the measurement of ammonium, phosphate, COD, and nitrate and oxidation reduction potential in the nitrification/denitrification process. Feedback input loops from aeration energy and biogas production are also included. Utilizing intelligent algorithms, the optimal chemical dosage for the desired outcome is calculated based on the existing conditions. The service includes the selection and supply of chemistry, provision of online equipment, recommendations for optimal dosage points, and a customized reporting system. The KemConnect platform allows you to continuously monitor all relevant performance parameters and cost savings in real time.

KemConnect SD - Smart Sludge Dewatering
The KemConnect SD service optimizes your chemical sludge treatment prior to the dewatering equipment even under changing process conditions. Valbeveiliging en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM's) moeten elk jaar gekeurd worden. Dit is wettelijk verplicht. Tijdens deze keuring beoordelen wij of het middel nog veilig kan worden gebruikt en of het voldoet aan alle normen. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld gaan om helmen, harnassen en ladders. Maar ook permanente valbeveiliging. Door regelmatig te keuren blijven deze middelen betrouwbaar, onmisbaar voor veilig gebruik.

Keuringen & inspecties
𝐊𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐧 Wij verzorgen voor u de NEN 3140 keuringen. Tijdens de keuringen beoordelen wij de veiligheid van de installatie aan de hand van een visuele inspectie en middels het doormeten van de installatie. Per installatie stellen wij een keuringsrapport op, hierin is inzichtelijk gemaakt de uitkomsten en keuringswaarden. Goedgekeurde installaties voorzien wij van een keuringssticker. 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 BRL K14020 is de norm voor Kwaliteitsgestuurd onderhoud aan pompen en gemalen. Door het toepassen van de norm is het mogelijk op een eenduidige manier installaties te onderhouden en te monitoren. De BRL inspecties worden uitgevoerd door een vaktechnisch specialist met ruime ervaring. Tijdens de inspectie worden de volgende werkzaamheden uitgevoerd: ⦁ Beoordelen van alle componenten van pompen en gemalen volgens de BRL K14020, waaronder door visuele inspectie, controle en metingen. ⦁ Per installatie wordt een inspectierapport opgesteld. In de rapportage worden overzichtelijk de uitkomsten van de visuele inspectie, controles, metingen en de constateringen weergegeven. Sencon voert als onafhankelijk specialist tegen scherpe tarieven inspecties voor u uit. Wij adviseren de BRL-inspecties jaarlijks uit te voeren, zodat toestandsafhankelijk onderhoud kan worden uitgevoerd aan uw riooltechnische installaties.
