      Dosingpumps and accessories

Dosing Pumps – reliable and flexible At a drip, or “flat out” with maximum flow rate, in tropical temperatures and where possible in really acid environments: Dosing pump requirements are as varied as the possible applications and uses. Lutz-Jesco has therefore developed special solutions for each area of application. Our extensive range of products start from cost-effective, magnetically-operated diaphragm dosing pumps, through the "muscular" motor-driven diaphragm dosing pumps, up to the piston dosing pumps for high pressure requirements. These are used for dosing fluids with highly varied viscosities, most of which are chemically aggressive and toxic, and some of which are actually abrasive or emit gases.

    2. Double eccentric butterfly valve, serie 756

Double eccentric butterfly valve, serie 756

AVK double eccentric butterfly valves with tilted disc are designed for easy operation and long service life. The disc seal is made of AVK's drinking water approved EPDM rubber featuring an excellent compression set and ability to regain the original shape. The high quality epoxy coating and fully encapsulated shaft/disc connection ensure optimal corrosion protection and durability. FEATURES - Double eccentric design releases seal compression after only few degrees of opening resulting in low operating torque - Disc firmly fixed to the shaft to prevent fluttering and a slight tilt allows for precise adjustment of the closed position - Disc seal profile and rubber quality ensure low closing torque - All rubber parts drinking water approved by multiple institutes - Fasteners in stainless steel, A2 - Stainless steel shaft and seal retainer ring - Machined and epoxy coated ductile iron seat integrated in the body - All threaded connections are sealed with O-rings for protection against medium and environment - Radial bearings in self-lubricating PTFE/bronze composite - Shaft ends fitted with an end cover that keeps the shaft in position against system pressure and seals the disc interior against corrosion - Replaceable shaft seals with two EPDM O-rings; gaskets to the exterior in hydrocarbon resistant NBR - Coated with blue RAL 5017 FBE to DIN 3476, GSK and approved by WRAS-DVGW/W270/UBA, 250µm - Drinking water approved by DVGW and WRAS, drinking water approved by KIWA

Drinking water Advisory & Engineering services

The water challenges of today and tomorrow are significant, complex, and urgent. They include ageing infrastructure, increasing demand, climate change, water scarcity, stricter laws and regulations, and growing pressure on space and resources. At the same time, drinking water utilities are increasingly organising themselves as asset management organisations, and the need for certainty in planning, costs, and performance is growing. Sweco Water Technology – Drinking Water Team stands alongside its clients to address these challenges in an integrated and achievable way. We support projects from the initiation phase through to construction supervision: from the Programme of Requirements, Concept Design, and Detailed Design to Specifications, Tendering, and Realisation. Our multidisciplinary teams combine recognised expertise in Technical Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Automation, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, and Underground Infrastructure into coherent and future-proof solutions. We believe in enjoyable collaboration, long-term relationships, and genuine commitment. As a trusted partner to our clients, we understand their assets, ambitions, and organisations. This is what sets us apart: a practical focus on what truly works. The complexity of integrated drinking water challenges is increasing, while expertise is becoming scarcer. That is precisely why we bring together the right expertise within Sweco. From traditional project delivery approaches to innovative forms of collaboration, we choose what best fits the challenge and the client. With attention to sustainability, circularity, and climate adaptation, we create added value in every phase of the project. With a robust growth path, we are building strong, attractive, expert, and practical drinking water knowledge — driven by job satisfaction, humour, and craftsmanship. Drinking water pipelines

Consultancy, design, implementation, and renovation. Clean drinking water is vital. The infrastructure that makes this possible begins underground, and we help build it. We design, implement, and renovate drinking water pipes that meet the highest quality standards. Whether it's a new route or a replacement project, we combine technical expertise with practical experience and a strong focus on safety and collaboration. Through smart planning and close coordination with our partners, we ensure minimal disruption and efficient execution.

    6. Dynamisch balanceren van roterende onderdelen.

      Dynamisch balanceren van roterende onderdelen.

At Visser Nederland, we offer specialized services in dynamic balancing of rotating parts. We support companies in optimizing the performance of their machinery. Our expertise extends to balancing various components, such as impellers, rotors, shafts, and turbines, which reduces vibration and significantly extends the lifespan of your equipment. Why dynamic balancing? Imbalance in rotating parts can lead to vibration, wear, and damage to machinery. This can result in unplanned downtime, higher maintenance costs, and safety risks. Dynamic balancing distributes the mass evenly across the rotating part, which reduces vibration and ensures more efficient and safer machinery.
